Cheryl is an Amazing realtor! I have sold 2 homes and purchased 1 home with Cheryl. The purchase of my last home was a bit stressful as I had a very slim timeline between having to get out of my current apartment and when the house, (new construction), would be available to move in. Cheryl was able to get the process streamlined with the perfect move in date, along with helping calm my nerves as I was just a bit stressed out. We have worked with Cheryl for several years and she has helped us with renting our first property and purchasing our first and second home, as well as leasing out our property. Cheryl is a great realtor. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to really listen to what we want and focus in on that. She offered a lot of sound advice and tips along the way and continued to support us even after the houses were purchased with reminders on submitting documentation etc. Above all that she is a kind and easy to talk to person. I have recommended Cheryl to several of our close friends and there feedback is the same. Additionally, you can see how much she cares for her clients even after purchase as Cheryl drops little gifts off throughout the year (Christmas, halloween , Valentine’s Day) which is always a nice surprise for us.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Cheryl to purchase our first home in Spring of 2022. Cheryl worked with us in a patient and pressure free manner. She was very flexible in working with home showings and was available to answer all the questions we had. When we were in the process of home buying it was a competitive market and Cheryl worked with us to ensure our priorities were met without busting our budget. The only time Cheryl was aggressive was when negotiating repairs with the sellers. She was able to get sellers to make real repair concessions even at the heart of a sellers market. Would recommend Cheryl for someone like me who appreciates a straightforward and sometimes brutal assessment of each potential home.
