I recently called Chaparral management office to complain about and Issue I recently had with some penalties imposed on my acct. for certain violations. on which I did agreed on them, but requested some time to comply, and eventually did., but to my surprise I was still fined with little more than $150.00 ... after explaining my issue and reason of my disagreement, Mr Jose reviewed my account history and found out that I had no previous violations ( except 1 or 2 but long time ago ) and he told me that it was possible that the board could forgive or expunge those charges... I hope they do, because I feel like they ask me to see my wallet ,, but than they open it and pull some bills from it.. not fair , not fair,,

Since day one (going on almost a 25 year relationship) they have been professional and great to work with. Valerie is an award winner and a true professional. She is an excellent liaison for the communities she works with and always gets the job done. I would highly recommend this company if you want to build a great community and hold it to high standards.

We were cited for bare spots in our yard, largely due to the extreme heat. We have every intention to remedy the situation but with the relentless heat, we feel it would be a waste of money and water. We asked for an extension until the weather cools a bit. Sarah Carulla was very kind and sensitive to our request. This is a great example of the way an HOA should work- working together for the good of the community.

My experience with chaparral management has been very pleasant . They were, on two different accounts, polite , responsive and attentive , namely Lindsey and Dina. I moved into a neighborhood that is managed by them , and wanted to add my name to the gate panel; they answered the email within few hours via an email and a phone call ... the issue is not solved yet , but it’s not because of them ... it goes a bit deeper than that . In any case , both of Lindsay and Dina has been very professional and responsive . I am surprised to see so many negative reviews , but I guess it depends highly on who within the team is responsible for you property .

I went into the office today and to say I was upset would be an understatement.I was so impressed with the clarity the new manager Adrianna Nand was able to provide, we were able to have a great conversation where I felt understood and she showed me great empathy and support on how I can move forward.I left the office not only feeling a relief but a pep in my step! All proper health codes were followed, wearing a mask and proper distance, which helped me know my health mattered as well!

I mailed in my 2021 HOA on 12/18/2020, but it never got to Chaparral Management. Ive been working with Valerie Overbeck for a week or more now. She has been so very helpful in trying to track this check down, but it seems the US Post Office has failed on their duties. So I drove to Chaparral Management today to personally deliver my check. I want to thank Valerie for all of her patients, helpfulness and professionalism over the pass week in trying to resolve this problem. Also, Id like to add that this is the best neighborhood management company that my neighborhood has had in the 20+ years Ive lived here. They are always helpful and professional every time Ive had a concern about anything in my neighborhood and have taken action quickly to resolve the problems. Keep up the great work.

My Rating is only for Jennifer Customer Service, aside from Jennifer I would Rate the Management Company overall a 1 star. I have called at least twice regarding my account with today making it a third call basically screaming in a nice way for HELP other calls to the attorney I was assigned to but obviously they only get paid to collect and will not hear a homeowners say. I am very understanding of procedures as I also work for a management company and completely understand being super busy managing and administrating 25+ properties with 100s of units downtown/midtown. I kept being transferred because no one could help me supposedly but if I was like Jennifer If i know/knew I could help the homeowner who is basically just screaming to be heard and helped I would def do so as a Management company is supposed to be a team, not sure how Chaparral Manages their accounts but I would def have Jennifer attitude. Jennifer I know it was a pain but I soo appreciate you taking the time to look into our payment that you had the receptionist find. I appreciate you hearing me out even tho you probably have a million other calls who sound about the same. Great attitude and I so appreciate your patience and taking the time to listen to me and looking into my account!!!

I worked with a customer of mine in Oaks of Devonshire on a roof, needed to make some repairs in a timely manner. So I contacted Adrianna and she gave us the shingle color approval(we always ask upfront) in less than a day. Talk about prompt and professional.That’s again!! The homeowner is happy and the new roof sure does have some nice curb appeal.

As a contractor and homeowner, we deal with numerous property management companies that service the same neighborhoods we do. Chaparral is hands down the most efficient and well ran property maintenance facility in the area. No other facility cones close to the level of service that Chaparral offers their neighborhoods. Our neighborhood Windrose is managed by them and it stays very meticulously cared for. With architectural approvals for our roofing customers, Chaparral is very responsive and customer driven when it comes to getting approvals. Over all, I cant think of another property management company that comes anywhere close to the value that Chaparral provides!

Contrary to the false information listed by the gentleman who posted a few months back, Our Manager for the community is Valerie. She has done an outstanding job as manager. For one she has our assessment delinquency down to less than 3% at year end.. It has never been that low. Valerie has an outstanding relationship with many of the residents who have had issues of some sort and has worked them out without confrontation. Valerie is the best manager this community has had in the past 35+ years that I have been a resident. I hope she is here to stay.

Compared to others, they have been fantastic. Sure, we hate when we get letters ect...but they are just doing their job. For me they have been very professional and always willing to help. This is the most maligned and thankless business in the world - I often wonder how someone like Pam has managed to survive and prosper for so long! Ive known Pam since she opened the doors 30+ years ago, including a couple of years as one of her client board members. And yes, weve had our moments - good ones and rough-around-the-edges ones! She is amazing, and I cant think of anyone else Id rather hire to run my neighborhoods affairs. Im also a real-estate broker, so dealing with CMAs like Chaparral is a daily affair. I know if I need something or have a problem, Ill get a good, timely resolution and answer if its for one of Chaparrals communities. I wish I could say the same for the rest of Pams competitors! Keep up the good work!
