Lots of bad reviews here but Ive never had an issue with CMA. Every time Ive called for things like updating my auto draft payment or getting HOA fee statements for refinancing or home equity loans, theyve been nothing but polite and helpful.They notified me once about an unapproved landscape change which was simply a result of replacing some shrubs after the bad freeze that killed the originals. A quick call to them explaining what happened and everything was good. Very nice people. -

Our HOA has been using CMA for a few years. Weve received a few emails over the years about our lawn (I admit, mowing is not my favorite pastime HAHA). But we always contact our property manager ASAP about it and were all good. If you have an issue, always speak to CMA and your HOA board. Id suggest being nice too. I know for me, Id rather help someone who is nice to me than someone who yells at me. LOL -

Iβve had at least a half dozen positive experiences with CMA In the 7 years Iβve lived in my neighborhood. Every time I call with a question about our community or a concern, they are prompt to reply and take care of the matter. I appreciate how nicely they care for the playgrounds and open spaces. Thanks for working hard for our community! -
