I’ve been renting a property for going on 3 years I can say I greatly appreciate the generosity they’ve shown over the years . Often when you see pictures on these websites they’re old and properties aren’t kept up . One thing about central Texas property management they are going to go over and beyond to maintain a clean & comfortable environment for you and your family . They will do their best to work with you and they understand hardship!! If you are looking for family oriented rent with them you won’t be disappointed. ❤️

Central Texas Property Mgt is hands down an amazing company! We rented our home for TWELVE YEARS through them and just closed on the sale of it after only 33 days of it being listed.The last tenants lived in our house for 9 years. Yes, nine years our home was occupied by the same renters. To say we were worried about all the work that would need to be done to get it ready to sell was frightening would be an understatement.Robin Cargill has been our point of contact since the beginning of this journey. She was straightforward from the beginning on how her company expects the homes to be turned over and maintained by her owners from day one. Luckily for us she does the same for her renters.We lived out of state the entire time our home was managed by Central Texas Property Management. Robin, was the person that we relied on to make sure our home was taken care of and entrusted her and her to staff to make a judgment call when we weren’t available. At first we felt vulnerable in putting all our trust in a company, but we had no choice when it was time to PCS once again. Robin and her crew never made us regret it.Our home was vacated on 9/21/2024 and on 10/25/2024 it was listed for sale. We closed on 11/26/2024.We still live out of state so when we had to get the house ready to sale we once again, without any hesitation this time, told Robin to give me a list of what she knew needed to be done considering it had been occupied for the last nine years by the same tenants. We knew the same standards she’s been pushing for all these years worked so why not for selling.She hit it out of the park. She lined up contractors, roofers and even helped me with the flooring colors.This was our first time selling a home and I couldn’t imagine a better experience. Robin, guided us through and told us she knew what she was doing. Boy, does she ever!I would recommend Robin for everything real estate!! Thank for helping move on to our forever home after 23 years of moving.

Finding a property management company out of state can be challenging. In making our decision, I consulted reviews and prayed for the best. The staff that we worked with were professional, provided us on education of the area and were very easy to work with. We experienced several AC Issues over the period of our lease, each work order was handled quickly without any problems. My only recommendation for future renters or ones moving out is read your lease. Follow it and clean the house to a T. If you do those two things, there is no concerns on move outs. If you do have concerns reach out to them. They are very welcoming and friendly staff to answer any type of questions you have. The year we rented from Central Texas Property Management was overall an amazing experience. If we didnt relocate due to work, we would still be with them. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

I am recently making a move from California to Texas and came across this property management through Zillow. Angelina is extremely helpful, understanding and fast with the process of getting approved and being able to move in. I would recommend this company to anyone. The place was extremely clean and ready to move in as they advertise on the website. 10 out of 10 for my first experience with this management company and five stars for the customer service Angelina provides to tenants.

This company is great! They have done several jobs at our home over the past few years and we have been very happy with their work. Stephanie is extremely helpful with getting answers for repairs and is always very nice and professional. The work that David and Daniel do is top notch. The company recently went above and beyond, working with Central Texas Plumbing Solution, to solve an issue we were for a couple of months. I am so impressed with both companies, especially when it seems as though customer service has generally gone downhill in the recent years. We tried several other places and Central Texas Management were the only place that didn’t just take our application money and not return our calls. We were homeless for about two weeks, but we get the keys to our rental today!! I’m forever grateful to the wonderful staff for their hard work and support during our hardest times.

My son and I have leased a property through Central Texas Property Management for the past two years. We have been very pleased with both CTPM and the property owner. We have had a few items of maintenance, and these have been completed quickly and by professionals.Yesterday a landscaping crew did an excellent job of trimming and manicuring our yard at no expense to us. This is the second spring full yard maintenance we have received at no cost. Within only a few days of the recent storms, roofers were here to inspect the roof for damage. CTPM always informs us in advance of any inspections or work they have scheduled.I highly recommend finding your next property to lease through CTPM or choosing them to manage your property.I want to add that two years ago we moved HOME to Texas from Maryland. CTPM handled everything for us, and we leased this property from Maryland without ever seeing it. CTPM handled everything for us. They were amazing!!

We have been with Central Texas Property for 6 1/2 years and yesterday we turned in our keys to the second place that we rented from them. I can’t express the gratitude, compassion and love that the entire staff has shown to me and my family. The ENTIRE staff treated us with respect and compassion. Whenever there was a maintenance issue, I always told them to take their time but they were right on it. They made our move to our second house fast and easy. The fact that we have to move back closer to where we moved from and leave Central Texas Property we are beyond sad. For the past 7 years, Central Texas Properties took care of my house like it was their own until we decided to sell it recently. Robin was great! Angelina was our real estate agent who also works for Central Texas Properties. I have worked with this company since 2015, from both sides - owner & tenant. They’ve always gone above and beyond. I trust them completely. They take care of everything. I am always informed of necessary repairs, always consulted, tax info is done for me & on time. They have positive relationships with lots of companies. As an owner it makes it all a lot cheaper to have them deal with fixes. Haven’t had to repair anything as a tenant. They check it all out & have each house cleaned prior to move ins. I will never work with anyone else.

We started working with Robin and her team at Central Texas Management 10 years ago. As a homeowner, we couldn’t have had a better experience. We never had to worry about finding a tenant that would take care of our house. We have had a few that didn’t, but Robin and her team made sure to take care of whatever issues there were and our property immediately. Whether we had things needing repaired or general questions, they have always been more than professional and always willing to help. I wish I could have them manage all of our properties. Robin also sold our house when it was time. It was a bit of a rough road with the buyer, but again Robin and her team surpassed expectations and sold the home. My only regret is that now our relationship has ended. I would recommend to anyone looking to rent or sell their property to choose Central Texas Management. After we had no choice but to rent our first home out after the collapse of the housing market, Robin and her team took care of us and our property as if it was her own! Within SIX hours, our house was rented, and for over nine years, the house was only vacant for one month, which was our choice; only to make cosmetic updates. Fast forward to today, with Robin and the Central Texas Property Management teams help, we closed on the house and sold it to the current tenants with no problems and at a fair price. Although we are sad that our business relationship has ended, we are grateful for the years of their professional service, which eased our concerns of owning a property thousands of miles away. This company has been wonderful to work with, I unexpectedly needed to move and was having a hard time finding a place, I applied for a duplex and was called the following day. The staff processed my application quickly and I was able to do everything online without having to take off work. Everyone was helpful and kind. I am used to being a homeowner and decided to relocate to Texas. I didn’t want to buy immediately and thought I would rent first. The process of dealing with this property management company was seamless. Everything was done online which was wonderful as I lived out of the state. Throughout the next five years she kept me updated with frequent and thorough property inspections, took care of any necessary maintenance, and most importantly kept the house rented!When I decided to sell, I chose to Robin as my realtor because of how pleased I was with my rental experience. Prior to selling, she listened to my concerns, and helped set expectations. Once she put the house on the market, it sold in less than one week - just two weeks after my tenants moved out! Robin and the CTPM team are true rock stars.As an Active Duty military Soldier, I have not been in the same state with our property, but for the last 6 years they have kept our house occupied and in excellent condition.We were quite impressed with the fast turnover between tenants in 2018, especially considering the family vacated in January (outside of the normal PCS season). Within 3 weeks, Robin had another quality family moved into the house.However, this time, when we KNOW that this years PCS season has been hampered by COVID-19 restrictions, we were simply floored to see that CTPM managed to find a suitable tenant once again in less than a month. It is simply stunning.Robin and her team have done everything possible to make this the most worry-free rental imaginable...and not just with minimized carriage costs. We also noticed how they have built a stable of internal and external maintenance and repair contacts to handle all issues in the most quick and efficient manner -- convenient for our resident families and seamless to us as property owners. We have been working with Central Texas Property Management (CTPM) and Robin Cargill for over 10 years. We are a military family who had built a home in Texas, and 11 months later PCSed to Virginia. After a lot of research we chose CTPM as our property management company. We are so glad we did. This company and Ms. Cargill have been such a blessing. We never had a bad experience with our renters, our rent was always paid to us on time, they kept a close eye on our property, and worked to ensure that our home was kept in amazing condition. We recently decided to put this home on the market to sell, and there was no doubt in our mind that we wanted CTPM to represent us again. The house was only on the market for 5 days and was sold for the full asking price. We havent been in the home in over 10 years and it looks as good as the day we left it. After hearing so many horror stories of people renting their houses out, I can tell you this is the Cinderella story. We owe it all to CTPM! If you are wondering, should I use this company? Trish has been our portfolio manger for both properties, has has been excellent in being able to answer all of our questions and has a very quick reponse in handling our concerns. ➡️Due to our circumstances and my husbands retirement orders coming down so quickly, we did not read the Military Clause thoroughly, in which it states no pro rated rent. Therefore, we are liable for the full month rent even though our homegoods and my husbands terminal leave starts the second week of the month, leaving us paying pro rate rent for our new home on top of full rent for the entire month here, in a home we will not be residing in.➡️Our experience here has been filled with work orders, unfortunately. And there has been multiple visits for the same issue not being resolved but we were still responsible for paying $35 for each visit, even after we were told we would not pay for security issues. Unfortunately there was no running water or electricity (Noted in our mark sheet for any damages upon move in); so we were burdened with living with a heavily leaking toilet in our guest restroom (which costed us at least $100 for the 3 visits to finally replace it) and 17 outlets that did not work, with a rotted fence that we have replaced.➡️I am sharing not out of spite, but to educate others on throughly reading their lease, and read any reviews of others that have rented. I did not do so, and have literally paid the price for it.➡️Otherwise, we do give 4 stars for being prompt in trying to resolve the work orders.
