    From the moment I contacted them they were great. We had a few months before we could actually start looking at houses and Mandi kept in touch with us that whole time. When the time came for looking at houses Mandi was ready to go and did a great job of getting us info on any of the houses we had questions with. Where Mandi and Taylor really impressed us was with the negotiations with the inspection, contract, home warranty and closing. Can honestly say without them this whole process would have been hell. We scheduled a meeting and flew in from out of state. On time, prepared and knowledgeable. Thank God. Plans changed and we ended up moving somewhere else. LIFE. 3 years later, we reach out.     Hannah was very accessible, easy to work with, always pleasant, and knowledgeable. She recommended that I write a letter to the buyer which sealed the deal, she gave me an amazing gift at closing, she did a lot of research for me on the properties and was able to show me many houses. She caught a few really important discrepancies and administrative errors with my mortgage team and from the other realtor/seller which saved me time and money. She was persistent and assertive when she needed to be with all vendors, the other realtor, mortgage, title, etc. Out of all the realtors I have used she was by far the best and I recommend her even over the ā€œbig nameā€ ā€œhigh producingā€ local agents that are lazy and have teams that do all of the heavy lifting for them. It was good to know Hannah was handling everything throughout the process.
