Cass real-estate bought out our rental agency a couple of months ago. The previous agency let so many things fall through the cracks and it was a nightmare to try and get things repaired or relayed to the home owner. Once Cass stepped in and took over the rentals from the previous company, we have had all of our issues taken serious and each one has been taken care of. I would absolutely use them again as a rental agency and even to buy a future home. We are very pleased with their understanding and ability to quickly and efficiently tend to any rentals issues that have happened during our time as tenants.

Absolutely Amazing!!! I have lived in the same rental for 9+ years. Cass recently took over as the Property Management and in the span of 10 days they have done more to fix the serious issues weve had than the previous Management team did in 9 years!!! Mandy has been vigilant about making sure we are living comfortably and has provided top notch attention to all of our concerns. I highly recommend using Cass Real Estate Rentals if you are looking to rent!!!
