Belinda, Joyce, Brenda, Claudia, Melany, Victoria, Sean, Matthew, Felix, Pablo...this staff is so helpful, courteous, informative, and knowledgeable. Theyre ready to help you move in to your apartment. If you need anything repaired maintenance is ready to help. Theres been a lot of changes and improvements at Caspian apartments and things are looking better. Theyve hired more people in the maintenance department to keep up the apartments to good living and working conditions. Ive been living at Caspian Apartments since 1988 because it is convenient for me. Its close to H-E-B, my doctors offices, the bank, work, friends, and family. I cant really complain its been great and the staff have been very nice to me. I appreciate them God bless them all.

This week, I had the pleasure of visiting the Caspian Apartment Homes, where I was warmly welcomed by Brenda and Belinda. They showcased the property and highlighted some popular layouts, including a studio and a two-bedroom apartment. I was particularly drawn to the medium-sized apartment known as The Jack & Jill, which is ideal for me since I need the second room as an office or guest room. Both of them were incredibly informative, full of energy, and made me feel right at home. It was clear that they are passionate about their work and have a deep knowledge of the property. Great job, ladies! Here’s my review as promised, and thank you for your assistance.

Been here for a few years now and I haven’t had any serious issues. Even the smaller issues I have had, the maintenance crew is great. They really work hard to make sure we live comfortably. Front office ladies are really sweet. Belinda is very helpful and attentive. They frequently host parties here to bring our little community together which also provides food and music. I have a dog and she loves it here. She enjoys the dog park and playing with other dogs. Keeping my fingers crossed for the new gym to open soon. 🤞- G.C.

Love the environment, everyone is very family-orientated, very clean and the staff is amazing always available to help fix something when needing attention. For example, the gates have been vandalized by vehicles hitting them with cars but Belinda is so loyal and committed to this place that she has treated this place as if it is her home and kept up with the repairs since 2023. I highly recommend if you are looking for a place to live, this is your welcome home place. Belinda and the office are down to earth and treats each resident like family. Thank you Caspian Apartment Homes for making me and my family feel safe and well taken care of. God Bless all of yall for working so hard.

I was blown away by the transformation this community has made. The property was spotless, looks like a fresh paint job, very nice signage and a refreshing feel. I dont know how they did it, but this place has the most improvement of any property I have ever seen in Corpus. The friendly staff immediately stands up to greet you at the door and everyone who works there has a warm and genuine smile. You need to see for yourself to appreciate how nice it is now, with still affordable rates.

From the awesome and festive decorations you see when you pass by, the great team she has, the fun and festive events she puts together to build community to her beautiful smile, she does a wonderful job! I cannot say enough about the service and hospitality Belinda provided. She was welcoming, knowledgeable of the property and an overall joy to be around. The property was one of the best I’ve seen. I highly recommend Caspian. Ask for Belinda, she’s the best!

I give this place four stars because I was able to pretty much make the best of it myself. I was never that impressed with any of the changes or improvements they made because they all felt superficial to me. I lived here for the last two years and if they could do anything better it would mainly be the ventilation inside the apartments. Also getting their computer system and emails and maintenance organized better. I also feel is is not very affordable but is okay. I think there are other apartments that are more affordable with better systems in place. If you live here, its worth getting a separate AC unit and/or dehumidifier as well as to cover your vents using Velcro and a filter fabric as so much dirt and dust fly in. Any issues with they way apartments are being remodelled, they do not take responsibility for... they love to blame the contractors when they are supposed to be the ones in charge. Whoever do you call in a crises or negative instance? Wholly cow.....

We just moved in about 2 months ago . I’ve never met nicer people in my life , for starters our leasing agent was Claudia and she was amazing not only did she get us into our homes quick she gave up everything we asked for and more , and still continues to help us with any issue we are having . Another amazing member of the team has to be Joyce she is caring soul and you definitely can tell she is there for all of her residents , she is understand and respectful and truly can help you with any issue or situations going on . For an example we needed pest control badly but the times slot was already done last month she immediately put us on the list for tomorrow . Not only do we feel loved and at home we truly appreciate the team and everything they do for us . We added the national night out with corn , snow cone and , pizza and it was truly a great experience! If I had to recommend a first time place I’d recommend Caspian not only for amazing hospitality but their prices as well during this inflation having a place to call home and doesnt break the bank with so many added fees is a plus for us !

Been here for going on two years and have nothing bad to say about the place I have live in two different apartments. One by myself and one with my son. Would highly recommend living here. Ive watched the Caspian Apartments for a while now, and Ive seen a huge transformation in the last two years! The management has done an incredible job renovating the units, making them modern and comfortable while keeping the prices affordable.The location is perfect - just a short walk to H-E-B and other amenities. But what really stands out is the improved security. The gates are always functional, and the overall feeling of safety has increased significantly.Im so impressed with the changes and would definitely recommend the Caspian Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live in Corpus Christi. I have known Belinda (Salas) Lichtenberger since our time we were in middle and high school, and she has always been a remarkable, hardworking person. Even during our time in school, she balanced various (2/3) jobs with dedication and a positive attitude while also voted and chosen as one of our class cheerleaders and as our Spanish Club president. I see this strong work ethic and enthusiasm have carried through to her career in the apartment management industry dominating the field with the same energy and determination. I am extremely proud and very happy to see her growth in the field/industry of management.

They were both friendly and very enthusiastic about the rehabilitation of the property and spoke very highly of the owners and investors in this multi - million property. Before I moved in I saw the reviews and was almost deterred from renting here but I went ahead signed the lease after hearing about the plans of the property being revamped. I must say that I’m glad I moved in and I love my apt.The property is still being worked on but they have come a long way and the new office is fantastic. A few things that I really dig about this place is that it’s centrally located,it has a badass pickle ball court, the updated fixtures in the apt and anytime I have an issue it’s easily solved by making a short trip to the leasing office.

I love my apartment. Ive been here since June and there were some issues but since Gladys, Liza and Belinda took over the maintenance has gotten better. They are fixing all the apartments that were not uninhabitable, planting flowers, and even built a dog park. (Which my dog loves) I would recommend Caspian to anyone looking for a quiet beautiful and affordable place to live. I cant wait til the new pool is built by next summer. I would sign a 5 year lease if I could.

Today I was able to meet her as well as Maddy, they were super nice and despite the crazy weather they were able to show me an apartment. Brooke and Dina were very welcoming towards me as well when we came back to finish the paperwork for my new apartment! These ladies made this experience so quick, easy, and exciting! The transformation of Caspian is amazing. It is enhancing the neighborhood, community as well. The staff stands ready and willing to ensure that the residents are kept well taken care of. The friendly, enthusiastic atmosphere is heartwarming.. Change was needed and finally getting done. Belinda L has been in the industry for a great number of years. Her dedication to each property she oversees is evident in the improved visible appearance. The properties are clean , well maintained and appealing to the sight. My friend moved in July 2022, office staff was HORRIBLY RUDE. But since October, when all the old staff got fired things have been GREAT! The property looks a lot better, staff is busy working (not riding around not doing anything). Met the new management team, Belinda and Liza, my friend is happy. Loves this place. I’m from Long Island, NY. I have peace of mind my friends lives in a lovely place. I was visiting for 2 weeks.

Ive lived here for just over a year now and they were not good when I got here. But in the last month or so it is all new people that has made things so much easier. The girls in the leasing office will help you with anything you need. Maintenance is all new people who actually care about your living conditions, and the attitude has changed from feeling like a problem to them caring. Highly recommend! The old issues are over. At least stop in to talk to the girls, youll be happy you did

I’ve been here since mid July and all I can say is I’m glad there is new management that are willing to above and beyond for their residents. The previous management sucked so bad. They never helped out with anything I complained about. For a while, we’ve had sewage water coming up from outside my apartment and pieces of paper and feminine products (pads) that would flow around and cover the front of my apartment and my neighbors. First off, who the hell flushes PADS??? That’s dumb. The previous management did nothing about it. I recently had a leak of sewage water in my apartment and once I told them about it DeVri from the leasing office was willing to show me a few units that were available for move in. She’s been very helpful with all my questions and requests. The maintenance crew has also been helpful with cleaningthe inside of my apartment. I’m glad this place is under new management and are working to make this place a lot better than what it was. Big thank you to DeVri! Apt. 2412

Im a homeowner in the Caravelle-Weber area for over 20 years. I want to express my appreciation for the changed appearance of that property. It was an eye sore for many years. It now looks clean and cared for. As far as I can remember this is the best that property has looked. Thank you again to the owners and whoever they got for the job to turn it around. Its an obvious upgrade of the community. Its no longer an embarrassment to drive by coming home.

We like marbella apartments as we have been living here a year now and recently signed a new lease for another year. We havent encountered too many problems that werent able to be fixed by management and when they did arrive they had everything taken care of right away and with care. We havent come across any of the bad situations that others claimed to have faced such as car break ins and etc. so no complaints there.We are really looking forward into moving into our bigger and better loft in a couple of months and expect to have another great year here at the complex.

My experience here has largely been a positive one, the new management are all very polite and professional. Anytime I have an issue with my A/C or appliances they always have a maintenance man out here the same day to fix it. All the neighbors I’ve met in my 6 or 7 months here have been pretty nice and there’s a lot of dog people which is a plus for me because I have two. The dog park is great if you have large dogs that need space to run and there’s a park just down the street with a wide open field. The only complaint I can legitimately say anything about is that my fence has not been fixed since it was knocked down by the hurricane but I have seen contractors out here looking at it so at least I know it’s being worked on. This place was cheaper than where I was in Woodbury and the apartment is bigger and has nicer appliances not to mention the deposit for the dogs (I don’t remember the exact fee) wasn’t obnoxious like many places. The best thing I can say about this place is the staff doesn’t quit caring about your concerns once you sign the lease which was my experience at Woodbury. I know a lot of people have heard bad things about this place but in my experience the management here is doing a great job turning this complex around.

Pros: maintenance always came quickly and promptly when I had a concern, office staff was always friendly with me a certain member always remembered my name. utilities includes my water bill into rent which was helpful as well as trash and pest control. I was responsible for cable/internet and electricity which is normal. Neighbors were always friendly, have held on to packages for me before and even watched my cat. Very quiet section Im in and close to laundry mat. They usually leave notices before shutting water off for repair. Very very big space for the rent I was paying. Some people have complained of break ins or people trying, never experienced any and I was in the backmost of the complex.Cons: price will raise when I resign this year another hundred dollars, which for the space and neighborhood wasnt worth it for me when I can find the same quality and cheaper. Thought I was going to be able to resign for an additional $10 like the last time I resigned, but since new management things have changed including an addition $275 for security deposit. the cats have run rampant around my section. I love cats, but I feel bad since most of them are sickly and flea ridden. Seen some good sized roaches, but mainly in bathroom and nothing unexpected of South Texas. Not a huge fan of an electric stove and no washer dryer connections. My carpet has been pretty dirty since day one, might ask for a cleaning before I head out. Thank you for having me Marbella, but since the price will be moving up astronomically I will be moving out! It really was a good experience while it lasted.
