    CASA Property Management has been managing our properties for several years now. They have been a great team to work with. Mike is prompt in addressing tenant service requests and concerns. It is good to know the annual inspections are always taken care on time, and any tenant concerns are handled instantly. CASAs tenant screening has been exemplary too. They always found great tenants for the properties. They make the property management look very easy. Of course, there is a lot of professional expertise that goes in the background for things to look simple. We appreciate all the hard work Mike and team puts in. We strongly recommend CASA to anyone looking for property management services in the area.

    Casa Property Management has been an excellent property management company to work with. Their responsiveness to service requests is almost immediate. The communication between the tenants and owners is very clear. The financial reports are done in a very timely manner. They are familiar with the rental market here in Cedar Park and Leander and can accurately price it for quick tenant occupation. I am very happy with the tenant screening process. We have never had an issue with any tenant that has been brought to us for review. I couldn’t ask for anything more in a property management company. Thank you Casa!

    We love CASA Property Management. We have lived in one of their rentals in Cedar Park for almost 5 years and had nothing but a positive experience. We have had to call in just a handful of times for assistance at the property and they have always taken care of the problem swiftly with no inconvenience to us. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a rental or they can help you purchase a new home if you are in the market for that. 5 stars to CASA Property Management!

    I have been using CASA Property Management to manage my rental properties for the last 15 years and I can honestly say that they are the best! If you have income property in the Cedar Park area you will not find a better group of people to manage your property/s. Mike is absolutely amazing, he always responds to my calls, emails, and or texts usually within minutes and is always there to help!

    We rented a nice house from CASA Property Management -Cedar Park for a year and they were always there when we needed them. We had several trouble calls over the year, and the issues were fixed without delay. I highly recommend this property management company for tenants looking to lease as well as owners looking to lease their property. CASA looks out for both sides and will do whatever it takes to make leasing as comfortable as possible. Moving out process was superb! Thank you CASA!

    We leased a nice 3/2 home in a desirable community from CASA. Had we not purchased a home, we would have stayed right there! They treated us with kindness and respect, promptly addressed any concerns, respected our privacy and returned our deposit as agreed. We could not have asked for more.     These guys are awesome! We rented a place they were managing for 2 years. Ive rented many times and they were by far the best. Very responsive and great to work with. We only moved because we were buying. If I ever have to rent again Ill call them first to see which houses they are managing. Down the road if we get into owning a rental property I will certainly hire them to manage it.
