If I could I would give a 10 star, I really would because since day one Lily has been and still is very nice to me also very professional. So for no complaints and I look forward to making Casa Hills my home!

I haven’t had very good experience in looking at apartments for my first time, however the manager is so helpful. She is very welcoming and listens to all your concerns and made me feel welcomed as soon as I came in. It’s a local and small community and has a nice pool that I like to enjoy with the quiet environment. I definitely would suggest looking into these apartments!

I have to say i enjoy living at casa hills at Dallas west. Miss lily is always so kind and helpful to her residents she makes me feel right at home and always willing to help out when we are In need. She definitely has changed my experience living here.

New manger with a vision and working with residents to help with improvement. She has installed cameras to help keep us safe. New fitness room to help us stay healthy. The exterior and interior of our apartments looks great. We have a good manger that strives to make our apartment a home we can be proud of.Ms Yolanda is very punctual and get issues handle in a very timely manner. Since she has been at this site, several issues that I had in the last 7 years was taken care of in the short time she has been here. I feel like we have finally gotten a great manger and things will continue to get better.Thank you Mrs Yolanda

I just moved in a month ago and I’m happy to say that I’ve really enjoyed it so far. The manager Lily was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend family and friends to live here!!

Ive been Im impressed with my apartmentIve been here since today. I just moved in. Please give this place a chance Its clean nice and people are very nice I couldnt be more happy. I recommend here these apartment are stylish and the manager Gayle is top notch.

Every since Ms. Gayle became the Manager she has tried to make a better community for all of us at Timber Rock and she has done a fantastic job with all of the upgrades inside and out in our community. She is very prompt when it comes to fixing things and most of she LISTENS and that’s major when it comes to problems and concern within our community. We Thank God for you Ms. Gayle!!!!!

I like living thereTimber Rock Its nice place they upgraded and I like the way the new manager had put together the remodels. I been here 22 years and I dont plan on moving I love it here. She say I will love where I live and now I do thank you mrs. Gail merry Christmas
