    Im here on my 6th month I wanted to get a Good feel of the apartment before I actually add a review let me say I Was nervous for it Being a small complex, if Your looking for a place to call home or start Your family this is it, neighbors mind there business, to answer of thiers roachs I think it all about how Your maintain Your home so I have NOT seen any in mine, there newly upgraded apartments there beautiful, javior is a great maintenance come as soon as he gets Your request, I also like how You can request anything online espeacilly if You have busy life or You can always call samantha or karen and are Quick to answer. Lets Just say I really like it here so for so Good!

    I went in looking for an apartment, Samantha was really kind and attentive. She wouldnt stop offering me cold refreshments it looks like she really cares. I will definitely come back!

    Great apartments! please consider lowering the rent of resident Mohammad Rajab Wali by 55 dollars. He needs help paying his phone bill and he doesnt have a way to make money right now. He has to pay rent, child support, and his phone bill and he cant.

    Mohammad Rajab Wali is the best. He is struggling with rent, he doesnt get that much from Social Security, and he cant even pay his phone bill. If you just lowered his rent any amount it would be amazing, he has thousands of fans online that love him and understand his struggle - hes an amazing person, one of a kind really, a hero to his homeland of Kurdistan. Now he cant even pay his $55 phone bill. Any rent decrease would be massively appreciated, we know Mohammad will appreciate it even more than we can!

    To begin with in overall casa hills is the best place we have been 2, in general they always take good care of us samantha is always friendly and helps us with any problem or needs of the apartment and not to mention the maintenance guy he is always on the lookout for us The needs of the residents are always in time when it comes to any problem with the bathrooms, kitchen, AC conditioner, etc. I dont think I see bad experiences with him because he is always aware of everything from our first day in the apartments, my husband and I realized that he is responsible with his work and our needs and no,! 5 stars are not enough for what he does, thank you very much to each of them for keeping us satisfied and in good apartment quality!!✨🤞🏽
