The apartment complex is clean and the grounds are beautiful. The manager Karin was very attentive to my questions. I love the amenities and cannot wait for summer so I can enjoy the pool.

The community is pleasant and clean. It’s a safe community. Management is really nice. I enjoy my talks with Samantha and Ylienn. They are very attentive and responsive to any questions I have!The other staff members always treat us nicely and it’s a pleasure to be here. 10/10 recommend!

Stayed at Casa Hills for a couple months, would definitely recommend. The apartments are newly renovated, staff is responsive, and there’s a nice community. Also, the location is great and pretty safe. If I ever come back to Austin, I’d stay here again.

I think this property has come along very well in the past couple months. I see new changes and the new managers are very professional compared to what was. Grounds are cleaner, office staff is very helpful and always available. My maintenance requests are always fulfilled within a timely matter. I appreciate these changes Val Dor ii!!

One of the FEW apartment complexes that will install a brand new pipeline grade natural gas system that is safe, reliable and forever. This system was installed by federal pipeline regulations.Asset management is a great company to deal with.This complex may be older but in better condition than most in the area and the location is easy access and even has some covered parking.

Moving to Casa Hills has been one of the best decisions my family and I have made. The property is safe and quiet, and at the same time, Jorge and Pancho from maintenance do a very good job of keeping it clean and organized. If we have any questions or needs, Samantha and Ylien from management always help us cordially and with a smile.

After searching for 2 months I finally decided to move to Casa Hills. It was the best decision!!! The people in the office are very friendly (thanks Samantha and Ylien and Jorge and Pancho from maintenance). The place is super safe, clean and quiet, perfect for me and my family.

The truth is, I like it. It is a very quiet place, they do not bother you at all, they are not demanding. The crane does not bother you at all. The maintenance is up to date. The maintenance man is very kind and friendly, he does everything. They try to keep the place clean, there is not much drunken relaxation. And the rent, since it is affordable, is a good point close to all that is worth a lot. It is easy to apply and I recommend it 👍 🆗

My family and I like Casa Hill at 290, everyone is very friendly and we like the work that Mr. Jorge from maintenance does. He always tries to be all right and tries to do what needs to be done. thank you for making us feel comfortable here
