Manager, Roxann B. is very organized and efficient. She pays attention to details. One month my bank sent 2 rent checks instead of one. She could have simply deposited both, but she called me first to check. Of course, I only intended to send one check. I could have easily been overdrawn. Iβm so grateful she called!Roxann is very helpful with yearly rent recertification. I have so many medical expenses every year. She is careful to count all appropriate expenses and calls me with any questions. This helps keep my rent affordable. Thank you Roxann, for all your help! Iβm very happy here! -

Happy New Year from a satisfied resident grateful to have a well maintained & comfortable community to call home. Staff have been receptive and willing to assist with maintenance as needed and the residents Ive met have been warm & welcoming which is an added bonus. Be kind and remember that the way to have good neighbors is to BE ONE! -

We are grateful to have found safe complex for my elderly father. Casa de Esperanza is clean, comfortable, quiet, close to shopping and has easy access for bus transportation. Management is absolutely amazing! professional, patient, kind & overall move in process was quick and easy. 10/10 -

Its ok there still working on the place
