Capitol Choice is amazing!!! Ive been renting from them for about 5 yrs now and I started in an apartment and they got me in a house. Anytime Ive requested anything they have done their best to get it done in a reasonable time frame and always are very nice to me and my family. I have had nothing but a grand experience with Ms Amy and Mr. John. I would highly recommend Capitol Choice to anyone. I appreciate all they have done for me and if anyone has an issue just give them a chance they are going to do all they can to better serve their renters. Thank you Capitol Choice Properties!!!

Amy and the group have been wonderful. I had an issue with a crazy neighbor and his dogs he would make remarks because we wouldnt talk to him super selfish and conceded had a electric fence he put in my backyard lol crazy guy but Amy and the crew relocated me to something 10x better also they do respond everyone on here who said they didn’t I can assure they answer.

Amy and the team has been over the top helpful. When I went to view the property it was shown to me by the maintenance person who ran through their process and recommendations. I showed him a few hornets nests and he immediately went to his car and grabbed some spray to take care of them. I had an unfortunate situation happen but Amy took my calls and answered my emails after hours and her team helped me out so much with getting situated. Thanks to everyone on the team!

Capital Choice was AMAZING! Was going through a divorce and had to find a place quick for me and the kids! They were very professional and extremely helpful. They made me feel confident and well taken care of. Wendy and her team are amazing !! They answered all questions promptly and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Because of Wendy’s professionalism and knowledge in her job, what could have been a very stressful situation was seamless and stress free. I highly recommend Wendy and her office and would use them again in the future.
