    I found an apartment while driving down McKinney Ave and called the number listed. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and efficient. With only three days to move out of my current apartment, they all stepped in and made it happen.     I have leased from Campagna and Associates for over 9 years. Every time I have had a maintenance issue it has been completely repaired in a fast and neat manner. Mr. Campagna has his properties well taken care of by his property manager Beau who follows the repair and repairmen so you dont have to. They ALWAYS call me and let me now they are on their way and clean up well after the repair to put things like they were. I feel fortunate to have my home cared for by such an efficient team.

    We LOVE Campagna! We just signed our second lease with them and are extremely humbled by the great work they have done on our move-in with our new lease. We truly feel like they care about their tenants and the reputation of their well-kept properties. We know this is a hard season for any kind of real estate and they are absolutely crushing it.     My husband and I have rented with Campagna for the last year and a half and theyve been absolutely wonderful! The entire staff is incredibly kind and helpful and our situation was a bit wonky and they worked with us to secure and keep a beautiful home. All of our maintenance issues were handled incredibly quickly and efficiently and I have not one bad thing to say about any associate of this company. Renting can be nerve wracking because you never know what youre getting but Campagna is a class act and you wont regret working with them!

    This is a great management company! The application and signing process was simple and straightforward, and they did extra upgrades before I moved in without prompting. The apartment was spotlessly clean when I moved in.I recently had a couple of non-urgent maintenance requests, which were handled promptly (one within a couple of hours!). The apartment is in a great neighborhood, is safe and secure, and is priced fairly. I highly recommend renting from these folks.UPDATE: I wanted to add to the review to reflect my experience with the move-out process. Everything proceeded according to the terms of the lease, including giving me plenty of warning before showing the property and working with my schedule to get my pets out of the way. I just received the accounting of my deposit, and it was extremely fair, as well as being returned before the due date.I know many renters have come to expect unfair deposit withholding nowadays, and this couldnt be further from my experience with Campagna. I would still enthusiastically recommend working with this company.

    We are so excited to start our campagna journey! Jeff is amazing, he met us late on a Sunday night to accommodate our schedules and he gladly went back and forth when we couldnt decide which property we liked the best.     How do I love living in my Campagna and Associates Property? Let me count just a few of the ways. My duplex was beautifully upgraded and refurbished when I moved in. (I remember thinking that it smelled just like a new house!) I have had a few maintenance issues, but they have been minor and handled IMMEDIATELY. My yard is taken care of and I am able to continue my tradition of never having mowed a lawn in my entire life. What could be better than that? I highly recommend living in a Campagna Property. I hope to be here for a very long time. : )UPDATE: Yes, I am still living here and loving it. I do not have one complaint about my duplex, my neighbors, the management, or ANYTHING!!! In fact, I am feeling pretty darn lucky to have found this place. Everyone stay safe and be well!! XO, Mary

    I have nothing but positive things to say about Campagna! Ive been renting from them since October 2019 and the whole process has been seamless. Every maintenance request is taken care of quickly, and they always let you know ahead of time if someone needs to get into the house. Theyre extraordinary property managers and I plan on resigning my lease with them.

    I cant thank Campagna and Associates enough - they have taken away any and all anxieties of renting out my property. Their handyman is phenomenal, does great, valuable work, and gives detailed reports which they upload into a portal that is easily accessible. On top of that, their response time has always been immediate, while they have been patient and respectful with my delayed responses. They also placed a tenant, who has been amazing, within a week of listing the property. If youre looking for someone to manage your property in the area, I would recommend them 100% of the time.     As an out-of-state real estate investor with a 23 unit and a 9 unit rental property in East Dallas, I’m writing an over-due 5 star review for Campagna Realtors, with whom I have worked since 2007. Anthony Campagna, Franceanna, AJ and Jo are the core members of this great family team; they are extremely well organized, professional, totally ethical and trustworthy, which is why I hired them. They are also very kind and empathetic, supporting me emotionally during the Great Recession.Campagna Realtors was established in the mid ‘80’s so they understand the local rental market and demographics; Anthony and his leasing agents know how to procure tenants even in the toughest market. He and his team got my 23 unit 100% leased by the summer of 2011 when unemployment was still very high, and it’s been 90-100% occupied since then. Furthermore, Campagna screens tenants carefully, which means I rarely have to evict tenants for not paying rent or disturbing the peace, thus my risk of filing for eviction or receiving rent late is greatly reduced. We have many long-term tenants, which is a reflection of tenant satisfaction.Their accurate and timely financial reports give me peace of mind – every month I get accurate and clear income & expense statements, rent rolls and receipts. Rents are always deposited on time into my bank account.Campagna will not take on sub-par buildings because those attract sub-par tenants. For both of my properties he periodically recommends necessary improvement projects, getting bids and hiring contractors as needed while always trying to reduce costs. In 2016-2017 when I bought another 9 units he pointed out that the exterior stucco wall may need to be replaced soon. The lowest bid came in at $150K (that I didn’t have). Anthony, through his network of other clients and their contractors, found someone who did the work using an innovative method for only $60K, saving me $90K! The finished work was first class!.Lastly, I must say that everyone at Campagna responds very promptly and courteously to my questions and requests. They make working together so much more pleasant, especially for an investor from California like me. I recommend them without reservations!

    Campagna and Associates staff are very professional and efficient. I recently had a maintenance issue and they resolved it quickly and efficiently. I have rented from Campagna and Associates for 9+ years and I have been extremely pleased with their services. The staff is personable and their customer service is top notch.

    The online request system for maintenance is easy and very helpful. If I need something fixed, I simply go to the rental portal and send a request for maintenance. After it is recurved (usually within hours), I am sent an email that my request was received and that a worker is assigned to my request. The maintenance person calls ahead to make sure they can enter address if needed. I am very pleased with this response time and quality of work. I have been renting for almost 6 years. Although I rent this house, I treat it like it is my home and I am thankful that Campagna ensures that it is safe and functional place to live.

    I love Campagna. If I ever move, the first listings Ill check are other Campagna listings. I just renewed my lease for a 4th year at my current location. A house I had about 8 years ago was with Campagna, too. Ive been really happy with their service! When something breaks, they fix it. Then they follow up to make sure its fixed, and if anything is still wrong, they hop to it to make sure its right. Rent has only gone up once in 4 years, so I feel very stable and secure. Really, what more is there to say? They do what they say they will do, and make sure its right.

    Ive lived in a Campagna Property for over a year and they have been wonderful! Its an older property so issues are expected, but they have been very responsive anytime I have called with a maintenance concern. Most of their maintenance staff has worked with Campagna for years, are very polite and helpful. I trust them in my home. Campagna manages a large selection of properties in East Dallas and I would recommend them to anyone looking to lease in the area.

    I have lived in a Campagna managed property for 5 years. Their maintenance portal is easy to access, Tenant can choose the time for service to begin. I have never had a legitimate need refused. Their service people are top notch and professionals in their trade. Routine maintenance, such as lawn care is performed on schedule.

    Campagna and Associates have been an incredible realty agency. I recently moved from Denver to Dallas, and given a rocky period through Covid I had a lot of issues securing housing quickly before starting my new job here. Many of the other big corporate apartment communities werent even responding to me on my rental applications, and I was really doubting I would find an apartment before my job start date until I found the Campagna property.AJ, Chelsey, and the rest of the crew answered all my calls and texts and helped me get everything sorted while I wasnt even in Dallas yet. They went by my apartment when my Wi-Fi equipment arrived a day early and secured it for me, and they came immediately to fix the few maintenance requests I had the day after moving in.All-in-all, I would have had a much more difficult move if it had been with anyone else, and I would highly recommend using Campagna and Associates to find an apartment, regardless of where your target neighborhood or price point is.

    I viewed an apartment in the Oaklawn are of Dallas with Anthony. He was immediately responsive to my request to view the property and on time for the appointment! Throughout the application process he was super responsive, always responding to text message within minutes. We were able to get approved for the apartment, but unfortunately were not able to get the owner to budge on repairs or the rent. That being said, its clear Anthony tried his best and diligently negotiated on our behalf. If youre looking for an apartment, I would definitely recommend Campagna and Associates!!

    I am so thankful for such a positive experience so far with Campagna (special thanks to John!). Trying to find a home has been extremely stressful for my family and I; we felt like we were constantly having to chase realtors down in order to even talk about available places. It was such a refreshing change to call the Campagna office, have my call answered, and be helped right away. Mr. Campagna was the first person since we started looking at houses who asked me what I was looking for and even offered to show me other properties that fit my needs. I was even more pleasantly surprised when John, who would be showing me the house, gave me a call to chat about the house beforehand. The tour was fantastic and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the property. Communication in general has been great. It really means a lot to be treated with such professionalism and kindness. I am looking forward to living at one of their properties!

    SR Campagna is a fair man. I had an issue with my prior rental agreement. Campagna Senior spoke with me by phone concerning that and asked a few questions and he trusted me enough with my responses to give me a chance to rent one of his units. I respect him for that. He gave me a chance when other leasing agents didnt. I probably would have been homeless for a few months if Campagna Senior hadnt given me a chance. They do seem tough but they just want to make sure they get paid and yes I am employed full-time but some landlords can really ruin ones rental history over trivial matters.

    My wife and I moved into one of their units 4 years ago. At first there were some items that had not been addressed before move and it got a little heated. Campagna came though and completed all theitems. After that they have been great and i would recommend them to anyone looking to rent or needing a property manager. They seem to care more than most property managers i have ever dealt with.

    I had lived at my current residence less than one year when the original owner decided to sell the duplex. To my great surprise and relief, Campagna and Assoc. started managing the place. I had heard they very were reputable. They have proved that and more; if something needs to be fixed, it is done quickly and done well.

    I have leased from Campagna and Associates for many years now and have no intention of going anywhere anytime soon. I LOVE where we live. We live on top of a hill in a quaint 1950s (I believe) house. It is always well maintained, if theres a problem they fix it in a snap, and the rent is very reasonable considering the beautiful area. I love these people!

    I have been a tenant for over a year and I can honestly say that Anthony Sr. and team have been very welcoming and accommodating. Maintenance issues get addressed quickly and most of all, they are accessible. Tenant online portal is a big plus for staying on top of payments and communication. As far as property managers go, I would highly recommend them!

    I have had Campagna Property Management Services manage my single family property in a prime location in the Lower Greenville/ Midtown area since 1994 - thats 20 years!!!! I have never had a vacancy for more than a month.This firm is top notch!!!They are fair to both the owners who pay their fees and to the tenants who reside in the properties they manage. While their management fees may be higher than some of their competitors (trust me I have benchmarked them) the value for the money is well worth it. They have been working in the Lower Greenville / East Dallas market for over 30 years, are active members of the community and seem to know EVERYONE. They have a strong army of subcontractors whose prices are far below market and who go the extra mile to ensure that both the owners and tenants and tenants are treated well and that quality work is performed.I have lived half way around the world (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) and have never worried that my Dallas property under Campagna managed would be well- managed well and my tenants needs would be taken care of.The negative postings on this site seem to come from disgruntled tenants. As a property owner I want everyone to know that property owners are not always happy either - but we dont post our complaints because we know this is a give and take situation.Campagna Property Management Services screens prospective tenants well, but once in a while a loser slips through the cracks (I have had a few that cost me 1000s of dollars to repair my property after they vacated - but this is all part of business and neither owners nor tenants should think things will go their way all the time.Owner of Updated Art Deco Bungalow in Mapsco 36K.
