Don’t hesitate to live here!There are so many things I could say about this community.1. Everyone in the front office is helpful and responsive, not only that but friendly.2. The maintenance crew is ON IT and make me feel safe when they are around. All apartment maintenance requests are taken care of within a few days, if not, thirty minutes. These men deserve to be recognized for all their hard work.3. We haven’t had issues with bugs except one random occasion when it was hot outside, they had pest control out the next day and we haven’t seen a single ant since.4. The manager is 5 steps ahead of all of us and any time something comes up as a suggestion or need, he already has things budgeted that are scheduled orwaiting on approval from corporate to make this community even safer and more enjoyable.5. We have a unit with washer and dryer hookups- game changer, but we can also use the community laundry room if needed.6. Living here has allowed me to make working out part of my weekly routine because it’s so convenient and they have the basic workout equipment I need. Even though they don’t have a pull through station, I am able to hook up workout bands safely and use them effectively. I also enjoy using the dry sauna after every workout.7. So many friendly, playful dogs, my dog has play dates with all his friends.8. ADA friendly. As someone with a disability, anytime I have needed something to change for my safety, they have accommodated.9. I’ve made friends with many neighbors and we often invite them to game and movie night and will go to each other’s churches or workout together.10. It’s close to everything you need. Groceries are 12 min away, church is 10 mins away, the square is 5 minutes away, and don’t forget the 3 public libraries that are equipped with new movies and tv shows on blue ray and dvd as well as an Inner Library Loan for any book you could possibly want to read.

Ive lived here a month and so far Ive had nothing but good things to say about Camino Del Sol. Let me give you the short and sweet for anyone looking to rent here:Honest positives:The ammenities are clean and so was the apartment upon move-in. The AC system works well and so does the hot water heater. Appliances are not only perfectly functional but were clean upon arrival. We have had 0 issues with noise or hearing the tenants on either side or above us. They are both families, so I can assume this is due to good insulation rather than a quiet tenants. The area feels very safe and secure. No bugs, pests, or signs of pests in the apartment. No stains, dirty areas, or gross smells in the unit. The water tastes good and is drinkable from tap. Parking gets tight at night, but there are enough spots for everyone - we have never had an issue finding a place to park outside our unit. Finally, the staff here is excellent! Very responsive with a clear high standard for operations.Issues weve had:The only issue weve had is that the CSC Go washing units arent the most operational laundry facilities. Luckily there are two facilities in the complex, so if one doesnt work you can always try another. CSC Go is very responsive with maintainence, but it seems they have to visit frequently.For the sake of transparency I will update my review if anything else comes up. So far we love it here and would recommend CDS to anyone looking for an affordable and lovely place to live.

The staff has been very welcoming and its been easy getting through the leasing process. I have no complaints! If something needs attention in the apartment the maintenance guys are excellent with their timing! It’s pretty quiet & peaceful. Times flys since it’s one year later and I renewed my lease!I love it here! This is our happy place!

Moved in yesterday; everyone seems to really love working here and the area is full of trees and is really pretty! Our balcony looks over this little wooded area and is really nice! Their workout room is also really big and they have two pools which is really nice! Im excited to fully move in!

If anyone is thinking about moving into these apartments I highly recommend at least calling and talking to the staff! It is also a beautiful complex. I’m so excited to move in and super thankful for the help I got. 5/5 experience!

I love my apartment! Its the perfect size for me. Anytime theres a problem, I put in a work order and its taken care of right away! Ive lived here for over 10 years, but in the last couple of years I dont feel as safe as I used to. I dont think much screening goes into who they rent to anymore, compared to in the past.

I see him day in and day out going throughout our complex to give the best service possible to us residents! We have been here for over a year and Juan has been amazing!

Ive lived here just over two years now, and loved every minute of it! These are great homes - good size apartments, and the uncarpeted floors are wonderful, especially with pets! Any maintenance work that needs to be done is accomplished quickly and efficiently by their highly competent and friendly maintenance staff. Any problems I have had have always been resolved quickly, and the amenities are great - the pools are a godsend during the summer! I have renewed my lease through 2023, and look forward to renewing it beyond that!

Juan is amazing! He completed my work order quickly and was very nice. I had another issue I forgot to put in the request and he didn’t leave until I was happy with the result. The maintenance team is very friendly, always says hello when they’re driving around the complex, and tell you to call for anything you need.

This place is great any times my friends ask about somewhere to live I always recommend Camino Del sol. For me maintenance is always a high priority especially living in apartments. Juan the maintenance man that does most of my repairs on the apartments is top notch! He is always friendly and competent. He explains what happened if there’s anything I can do to prevent next time and what he’s going to do. The work Juan does is always quick and done well I have yet to have any problems. If like me maintenance is on your list of things you look for when apartment hunting then Camino del sol is highly recommend. The complex also seems to pride itself on its aesthetics as the place looks beautiful as well with palm trees and different plants year round. Camino del sol is a 10/10. Thank you Juan for all your hard work!

Amazing place to live, whether you’re going to college, starting out on your own for the first time, or in between homes, it’s quit and safe! The pool area is great in the summer and bbq pit and sand pit are good for some good get to get together. Work out area and sauna are amazing. Look forward on spending more time here!

I moved into my new apartment about three months ago. Upon arriving in town, the Maintenance department repaired everything on my list of repairs within a twenty-four-hour time frame. My apartment was great, I loved it. The staff is wonderful and very friendly, along with being very helpful. I appreciate that because I was moving for out of State. They went as far as assisting the furnisher delivery people to place my furnisher before I arrived in Texas. I appreciate that because the ride took fifteen hours to arrive. Unfortunately, I have to move out D/T my third-floor apartment is very challenging on my bad back. I have spent eighteen years working as a nurse and it has warned my back out. So, my task of groceries and laundry up three flats of stairs every week add more pain and pressure to my back. I give this apartment complex a four star. Thank you so much and continue to serve on the level youre serving the community now. Great job and great staff members. Thanks again.

I have lived here for over 2 years and this place has been great! When i first moved in i noticed the parking was horrible. But it has improved significantly with the new virtual parking permits. They have also added Visitor markings on the ground so its easier to spot. The laundry mat was horrible in the beginning but they have upgraded the laundry washers and dryers and works great. I have seen alot of improvements over the past 2 years and i gotta give credit to Chris and Paula they have done an excellent job! They do listen to the residents. I plan to live here for more years to come. Thank you guys!

I’m about to move out at the end of this month and I don’t really have too many complaints. Maintenance is great and quick. Overall it’s generally a quiet place to live (depending on your neighbors). Only things I can complain about are things that aren’t really the managers/complex’s fault. My neighbor used to smoked marijuana in their unit and it would make the inside of mine smell as well. They have since moved so it’s not an issue anymore, but something to be mindful of. The other thing is that my car has been hit twice by other people in the parking lot while my car was parked with no note. Very frustrating, but like I said the complex can’t control other people so it’s not entirely their fault. Some security cameras would be nice though.After reading another review about the move out fees I’m interested in what I’ll be charged with-will probably give an update after.

So far its been a wonderful experience here at Camino Del Sol! Paula in the office was exceptionally helpful and kind. Moving in was a breeze, we had a HUGE thing of mold in the front closet but we called them and they were very sorry they missed that during the cleaning and sent someone to fix it that day. They kilz it and repainted, and said they were having he roofs replaced next month.Our neighbors are great, the office is always helpful when he have questions. The 24/7 gym is awesome. Its been great! I love the hard wood floors and the tan paint. Its very cozy. ❤️

Maintenance guy Juan is super great at his job, and I have never had to wait more than a day for a request to be solved. He always asks if anything else needs to be fixed while he is here and keeps you informed on what was done by showing and explaining the work he did. Also, shout out to Ruben at the front desk for always being super friendly, responsive, and willing to help.

This community is safe and people here are so friendly.i really like the features they have .they had amazon hub for parcels to be delivered in a secured way. Best parking options available. Unit looks same as mentioned in the pictures few units have washer/dryer connections with upgraded apartments personally i suggest this place and affordable surrounded by grocery ,gas station in 2mile distance radius

I love this place! I’ve been here for a little over a year now. And the people at the office are always helping me whenever I have a problem at the office. Sonya, Paula, and John even assist me with issues unrelated to my home and give the best advice. The maintenance guys are also really accommodating and are able to get the job done fast. Camino del sol is really quiet and well maintained place to live. I’m glad I chose this community as my home.

Ive been here a year now. Never any problems. Resident parking can be a bit cramped but never a big deal. Office is always nice. Only real big issue is maintainance. They can be a little slow. The price is pretty high but not insane. Towing peoples cars even when theyre in visitor parking is a problem that could honestly be fixed by not having absurd time restrictions, half the time visitor parking is wide open but its the biggest complaint.. which seems more like people are too lazy to walk, less than having a hard time getting a spot and knowing how quickly people take spots closer to entrances than farther away seems to be right on point.

My partner and myself love living here. Hes been here for 3 years and Ive been here almost 2. Our favorite part of living here is Juan the maintainence man. Whatever than guy is getting paid, he deserves a raise. He always shows up to fix things on time, has a great attitude and leaves making you feel happy. Even seeing him around on the property makes you feel happy. Juan is the lifeblood of Camino Del Sol and mark my words - he deserves a raise. Apartments cost $$$ but good people and employees are priceless. Well be sad to go when we have to relocate.

Ive lived here for over 6 months and absolutely love it. Its a great value for the price and the neighbors are quite. Tons of really good amenities, I especially like the gym and tennis court. The management is really good, Ive never had any issues and the girl at the front desk named Hannah is one of the nicest people Ive ever met. Ive lived in 3 apartments in Denton and this is by-far the best.

I have been here for almost a year now. A few of the reviews I have seen posted, while the complaints are valid, are first world problems.I make the time to speak with management on a regular basis, asking questions and getting sound responses. When asking John about the pool, was given the clear answer that they were at the mercy of the contractor, and previously working in construction myself, I know that the contractor is more than likely milking the project regardless of the impact to the residents.The apartments themselves are nice, well laid out, and a decent price for what you need for livable space. I like that, unlike other complexes in the area, if you are a student, the management works with you getting in and signing a lease. As long as you communicate and remain respectful and professional, they will work with you to solve the problems you bring to them.While there are some things I am not a fan of (valet trash, secondary pool closed till mid afternoon on the weekends, dog owners failing to clean up after their pets) there are plenty of things I am happy with here and I would suggest this complex to anyone needing easy access to 35 and to UNT or TWU.

All in all I would recommend living here yet so happy to be in a house now and not stuck in that bubble.

They are always helpful, kind, precise and many other outstanding adjectives. Whatever needs doing they do an awesome job. I encounter Juan mostly. He deserves recognition. Its a great place to live. I dont suggest getting an apt on the 1st floor for obvious reasons. The office employees are helpful and kind as well. Thanks for all you guys do.

Nice apartments. Quiet neighbors (most of the time), no yard maintenance, free curbside trash pickup (although the residents somehow cant fathom that they only pick up your trash at specific times of specific days, so a lot is just laying there during the rest of the week). Also, the Google office hours are incorrect: the office is NOT open on Sunday. Period. They just arent. I found that out yesterday.On foot.

I lived here for a year my first time out of the house but sadly had to move because I got roommates. It was actually almost a dealbreaker (for the roommates) that CdS didnt have a 3 bedroom option... honestly, I shouldve said. no to roommates - live and learn. My next apartment complex sucked on all levels. Camino del Sol, you ruined me. I have such high expectations for my future apartments now, that I may just have to ditch the roomies and come back. The office staff was so helpful with everything, very prompt with maintenance, and they cared so much for their residents. There was one night - actually the first night of Icepocalypse - that I was outside when a resident slipped and broke his ankle. It was pretty late, but several residents came out and helped the guy into his neighbors car so she could take him to the ER. I didnt get his name, so the next day, I called to see if someone in the front office knew. They couldnt give me his name (understandably), but they called him to check up on him, and then called me back the next day to let me know how he was doing.If youre thinking about signing a lease here, do it. Youre not just gaining a place to live, youre gaining a very caring community, and a very loving staff.

We’ve been here going on a year and have had a wonderful experience. John, and his staff are great! My only complaint would be the parking here after 8pm there is never any parking. I used to work nights and I would come home 5-6am and there would NEVER be any parking. But other than that, THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE

Came in the other day to look for an apt and I have to say the office staff was really helpful, specifically Neli! She knew exactly what she was talking about and pretty much answered every question I had! Hats off to her hospitality!
