    This has been the best experience with a rental company I have ever had! The rent is below market rate and the owner is involved enough to even speak to you himself!     Linette was amazing for my housing hunt! I moved to Lubbock out of town and I was stressed so much about finding a place to live with a short time frame to do so…Linette and Bobby, thank you so very much!!!Edit:We had plumbing issues that started off small but quickly turned into sewer leaking over our bathroom. Miranda and her team: Victor, Ernie, Jose, Cassandra (and others that I can’t place a name too at the moment) were all amazing during the hard time. The floor had to be excavated and it was about a two week long project, all handled well and even helped us clean afterwards!Our heater did not work on the first cold days of the season. We were past our 30 day maintenance fee period but Miranda graciously waived the fee and sent Victor right away to help us, which he did very quickly and efficiently! No one likes when things don’t work, especially when moving in to a new place, but it happens. And I can say that through my experience, Miranda manages her maintenance team very well and the maintenance guys are all very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Thank you guys!! 🤘Buy or Rent Houses are a good company that will take care of you!

    Victor is amazing, and is a really hard worker and is trying to do the best job with what he has and are approved to do and I appreciate them for what they do. He really care and looks out for the best interest of the tenants and wants to make sure he does the best he can, I love the fact that he is willing to do whatever he can to fix the problem and is not always worried about the money just the well being of the tenants and their safety. He so amazing to deal with and is not worried about the money, he understands the hardships families go through around the holidays and how important it is to have the basic necessities.     Melissa at University is amazing. She is quick and timely for anything I need. I have had to get a few maintenance repairs done. I wish they were as fast as Melissa.     Since day one university rentals has been an amazing rental company .they have always been prompt with fixing what is needed to be fixed .
