Its hard to find a reliable property manager. Over the span of 12 years owning an apartment community in Round Rock, my wife and I worked with three property management companies. BVP was by far the best. Managers are often strong on on back-office functions like leasing, rent collection and book keeping, but weak on turning units, maintenance/repair and resolving tenant issues. And those are the job functions that sustain the value of the physical asset. We found BVP to be strong across the board and I have no hesitation recommending them.

Buena Vista Properties has been managing a duplex for me for several years. Marc is very good about keeping me up to date with issues that arise and is prompt at responding when I have questions. Repairs are done quickly and at reasonable rates.

So this is a mistake. Im not sure how this happened. All I did was try to log in and make a maintenance report. Ive lived here going on 3 years. Like the location and Ginna responed within 20 minutes. I know I probably get on her nerves considering Im not so good with computers. Would you happen to have a 3 or 4 bedroom available?
