Today I was frustrated with an online new payment center.I called Bianca,Manager that I wasnt getting in,so she said to stop by,which I did.Bianca was so pleasant in helping me.She was having little trouble herself doing it,but she was so patient,we were also laughing about it.Well,she got in,and then showed me the rest of it,and also log out,log back in to make sure that it was set up.Thank you Bianca,your awesome,and its always a pleasure coming to you for help for almost about anything,at anytime,except your lunch,lol.Im so glad that you are there for us,kudos for you.Keep up the good work you do in helping the residents here. Ive been at Brushy Creek Village for 3 years. I had always wanted to live here as a parent since its zoned for some of the best Round Rock schools.The apartments are kind of small for the price but have a nice huge patio! My neighbors have all lived here for a while also and are respectful, so that says something right there!The front office is helpful, maintenance is wonderful, and the complex is well-built & well-maintained.

I’ve lived here for a year and a half and love it! Maintenance is always excellent and quick. Bianca in the office is friendly. Apartment is quiet. Good neighbors. Clean property. Comfortable home for myself and kids. Hope to stay here for many more years!

I’ve lived here since 2019. Bianca, the manager, and Lena, the property manager are so awesome! They are always on top of of residence requests and are friendly and accommodating. Very peaceful, quiet apartment complex that’s located so close to stores AND a nice creek.

I have lived here since 2016 and have had a great experience so far. Its clean, quiet and I feel safe. Lena is great - the office is pretty quick to remedy any maintenance issues that arise. Overall, they are pleasant to deal with. Ill be sad to leave when we buy a home.

Been here for almost a year and I could openly say its been GREAT! Location,the atmosphere is amazingly open, And the soothing calmness of the area is great! Everything is near by. Front office staff is AMAZING! And are extremely kind, and help you with any needs.. I have not once regretted my stay at Brushy 🤗

I’ve been here over year now and I’ve had a great experience living here . These apartments are in a good neighborhood. Very reasonable price for 1 bed room. Very quiet neighborhood. Along with a friendly maintenance man . The front office Lady’s are very Sincere and very understanding. Overall good place to live never had any issues .

Location is great, maintenance is so nice, Bianca is the sweetest and very understanding. I love the space, pretty porch views, love the big window in the living room and the high ceiling.

The Manager Leana is the Best! She always does her best to satisfy her residence , Management is good every one will have their opinions, but I know that when Ive had an issue its always been taken care of , keep up the good work

I have been living here since 2016 and it is the most peaceful and beautiful thing I have ever experienced. The office is always attentive and very friendly and the maintenance does a great job...The only thing that the Company should work on in the Future is to put laundry inside the Apartments, thank you
