So grateful to be leasing my home with this amazing company, Bristile Properties! The staff is amazing and wonderful to work with. The people there are genuine and truly care about their clients and their needs. If you are looking for a home, or needing your property managed by a team of professionals, I highly recommend contacting them!!!

I have been living at one of Bristile Properties LLC in Austin, Texas, at The Square Apartments on Bull Creek Road for 3 1/2 years. I love living here. I knew what I wanted:- small complex- recent renovations- captains kitchen- central location-next door to my State job- 10 minutes from my part-time jobMy husband and I have been wanting to down size and moving into a 600 square foot apartment was perfect. You can call us minimalists.What I appreciate most about living here is how Management address maintenance in a timely fashion. I first would like to add whenever a problem developes tenants expect immediate resolution and when they dont get it, they threaten to call authorities. Tenants need to keep in mind late night visits result in expensive after- hours fees for service companies (vendors) apartment complex pay for. Its pretty much like bringing my husband to the emergency room at St. Davids Hospital for an abscessed tooth. Or my cat to the emergency veterinarian at 2:00 a.m. There are additional fees for late night service for apartment living, which I think, I could be wrong, increase rent.We had a clogged sink, dripping underneath the kitchen sinkToilet bowl not filling with waterElectrical problemAll problematic issues were repaired within 24 to 48 hours. Its good to note there is a waiting list for repairs. There are work order requests ahead of ours.I am also eternally grateful to Lori Haley of Bristile Properties LLC. My dealings with her on the phone is impressionable by her patience, professionalism and kindness. Yes, her job is to oversee daily tasks to prevent and resolve problems. Nonetheless, she deals with overly demanding tenants who are rude, disrespectful and threatening, which I think is somewhat sad since its a contributing factor of undue stress for everyone. And not to belittle tenants merit feelings, and difficult to put into action during trailing times, it helps to be patient.It was an inconvenience dealing with the problematic issues that are described above. I keep in mind this is not a reflection on Bristile Properties LLC. It is what it is. Such is life.

This property management company has been the single most helpful and warm management company Ive ever worked with. Ive never felt less like a number and more like a welcomed person. They are great.
