He kept us up to date on new (and upcoming) postings, showed us MANY houses, gave us his honest opinion on them, he guided us through all of the closing chaos, put us in touch with great people to help us with financing, helped in working with the sellers, and has given us tips for homeownership.

Brian has been working with our family for several months. He has been great to work with and helped us sell our home, buy a new one, and also helped our friend with property management of his rental house all in crazy 2021. Brian studies and knows the market very well and has a lot of experience dealing with various challenges of selling and buying homes as well as providing property management services. With his help we quickly sold our home way over our asking price and he provided a lot of guidance working with buyers and the negotiation process. He also helped us quickly find a home in one weekend and win the bidding process by crafting a lucrative offer that was accepted even though we werent the highest bidder. Its amazing we were able to find and buy a home so quickly during this challenging market and Brian played a big role in our success. I’m very lucky to have Brian Holt as realtor agent for buying and selling my house.Years ago, he was recommended by a client to us when we were ready to buy a house in north Texas. And the experiences of working with him were pleased and very satisfies.Earlier this year when I decided to sell my house, instead of using an online realtor, I contacted Brian again for his assistance. He listened to my plans patiently; walked through the house inside and outside to better understand the details of the property. With his knowledge of area real estate market, he explained to me his suggestions and plans of putting the house on market. Working very efficiently, the house was on market for only 3 days, and there were multiple offers.I cannot say enough thanks to Brian. While living in SC, my husband got a job offer in WA and we were quickly put in a position where we had to sell our SC home and a TX house that had renters moving out at the exact same time. We had never sold a house before and now we had to sell two from over 2,000 miles away. Packing up and moving during the holidays to a new city and coordinating the sale of two houses in two different states while both of us working full time was a monumental task. We are so glad that we were introduced to Brian. He was instrumental in helping us get our TX property ready to sell and finally sold - for over asking price! Brian was calming and patient throughout the extremely stressful process. I dont think we could have done it without all of his help. Brian got us multiple estimates for potential repairs and made himself available when any contractors needed to be let in. It was a pleasure to work with Brian and we highly recommend him if youre looking for a reliable, hard working realtor.

Brian Holt gets the prize for being the worlds best realtor! He bent over backwards to help me in any way possible in getting my house ready for sale, often going way beyond the call of duty in how he was willing to help, even in acts such as replacing a door lock or putting up blinds for me. Brian was a huge blessing who was always encouraging, unflappable, accommodating, kind, patient (and I required lots of patience!), positive, polite, respectful, thoughtful, thorough, organized, and 100% dependable and prompt in appointments, phone calls, texts, emails etc.. And I always felt totally secure in his knowledge, advice and expertise. He never begrudged me the time in answering my questions or in explaining things or in reassuring me or in just visiting. And all this just for a low end house sale! Brian definitely deserves a gold crown for being all time best realtor par excellence. I cannot think of any area of needed improvement. Brian Holt is a realtor who has my highest commendation and recommendation. I never could have made it without him. I thanked God every day for 9 tumultuous months for His amazing answer to prayer in bringing Brian into my life as my realtor. My problem now is trying to find a realtor up north in buying a house who is anywhere near as sterling as Brian! Those are mighty, and probably impossible, big shoes to fill!
