Wasnt too happy at first when I moved in 2020. The unit looked nothing like the pictures (i.e brown cabinets were poorly painted over white). They are really small for towmhomes. The units are old so go in with the expectation that you will not be luxury-living. I will say the units are livable, cozy, it is a quiet complex, maintenance is decent on timing for service (they go for the cheapest fix for everything so you wont get the best quality but it will be decent), the complex is quiet, literally 3 mins from shopping malls, restaurants, gyms, etc. and 15 min from the Austin airport.The property manager, Sasha, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed in my home repaired and/or replaced. She takes care of everyone on the property with professionalism, she is always available, and so hands-on! She really has been super helpful in my time there. & I was a PAIN! Lol Im truly going to miss Bluff Springs ❤

Ive lived in Bluff Springs for about 2 years and I love it. Ive never lived in a Townhome before and Im in love with it I dont know if after this I will be able to move to a regular apartment. My kids are able to run, scream, play with out any one banging on my walls or roof or floor. LOL!!!!The complex is small which means quiet and clean. My apartment is an old renovated one (They are now are now doing new renovations that look awesome) and is so comfortable. So far everyone has been super nice to me and my family. The office Staff has been attentive to my families needs. :) So far so good!!!!! FYI The pool is amazing!!!!!

My family and i have lived here for 3 years and the manger Sasha is great the property is well kept the maintenance is quick to respond when needed. my kids n i love it here .. the pricing for the apartments are a good price for being near all stores and easy access to freeways .

Very well kept property, my mother has been living here for years and never has she had any issues the staff is completely outstanding! And the leasing agent Esmeralda is phenomenal thank you for always being helpful and patient!! Well deserved 5 stars!

Ive been living here for the last year or so and Im confortable. Maintenance is nice and have always gone out of their way to help us. Im greatful with the office staff who help me get our new house. I think a place to live is only as good as you make it for your self.

My wife, daughter and I moved here from Chicago. My family were the ones to recommend Bluff Springs Townhomes. We moved in, in January and have not had any problems. We really enjoy our stay here.

My experience as a resident of Bluff Springs Townhome has been magnificent, I am very happy to live there, the place is very clean, very quiet and the office staff is very helpful and respectful, the manager Ms. Maria Moreno is very friendly and does everything possible In measure of its possibilities for the residents to be happy with the service that they provide us. It is as everywhere there are rules and we must obey.

Located right off the highway and only 10 minutes from downtown, this is a great place to call home! These are cozy townhomes that I absolutely love. The neighborhood is great and the staff are amazing! Definitely recommend!

Good community, but not as good as it was a couple years ago. Of the nearly 4 years Ive lived here I have seen the police more in the late 6 months and that is no bueno. Other great price and nicely maintained for being built in the 80s.

Great office staff. Sasha is super helpful. We moved because we did not need the extra space that bluff springs provides however great for families and people looking to have the little extras in life

My wife and I have lived here for 11 months and it has been great for us!! Sasha and Esmeralda, who are at the leasing office, are super attentive and cooperative. Mr. Will and Mr. Gil, who are the handymen, are super helpful and respectful. The complex has a family atmosphere, lots of BBQ.They have good maintenance of the social areas. 100% recommended.

I have lived here for a year and I like it a lot. Fantastic apartments. I like the convenience of parking in front of my house and being able to have my barbecue in the back on the patio. The maintenance people are friendly and so are the girls in the office.
