I resided in a Bluebonnet Property near the Pearl for about 7 months, leaving only because my work contract was up so I relocated out of state. There were so many positive experiences, almost too many to name. The communication and response from the manager Leanna B. were excellent. I dont think she went more than 24 hours (90% of the time it was within an hour or so) without providing me a detailed, personalized response to my questions. When there was an issue, for example the lawncare staff neglected to come by, she was on it before I even notified her and had a new company out there to spruce up the yard within 24-48 hours. The building is well maintained, and maintenance and their contractors provided the same level of speedy response and professionalism Bluebonnet staff did. The neighbors in our quadruplex home were all awesome, quiet, friendly and respectful of each other. We looked out for each other and having a wonderful neighbor makes all the difference in the world. From the realtor Diana S. with Cope Real Estate, to the management, if I remained in San Antonio, I would 100% be writing this well-deserved review from the comfort of my Bluebonnet apartment.

Weve had our house with this management company for quite a while and have no complaints. We are long distance landlords, which can be difficult, but Leanna has been amazing! She is professional and very responsive and we are so appreciative of all she does for us.

I have rented with Bluebonnet for over a year. I got a very good rental lease for two years. So far Bluebonnet has been great. The house I rented is worth around $230k. Mindy has done an excellent job since she and I met over a year ago. She has responded to every issue even if the issue was something I needed to take care of ASAP. Mindy in my opinion is a very good realtor. Thumbs up to her.👍👍👍👍

I have been with Bluebonnet for several years now as a tenent. One year, during covid, I lost my job and was worried about my rent. The property manager LeeAnn told me about a rental assistance program that literally saved me from eviction. They have been kind, caring, and professional to say the least. Thank you LeeAnn and the rest of the BlueBonnet crew for your professionalism and kindness.

Bluebonnet Property Management is TOP NOTCH. I have had 2 management companies prior to this one who were unsatisfactory. I had decided to sell the property because I could not find a decent manager. THEN, I hired Bluebonnet. They are affordable, responsive, and they always keep the property fully occupied with qualified tenants. I highly recommend!!

Katie Evans took over as my property manager about 3 months ago. She has been outstanding! Katie is quick to respond to my inquiries and patiently answers my numerous question as a new landlord.
