Our family cannot say enough good things about our wonderful life living in Newman Village in Frisco, Texas! That was the draw to this gated development as we do many things as a community - many holiday events, adult and children activities, swim/tennis/pickleball club, and much more, as the neighbors look after each other’s properties and children, and have our own street and cul de sac parties too! Our homeowners association, Blue Hawk Management, does an amazing job with our facilities, grounds, security systems, infrastructure with sidewalks and pavilion - and are more responsive to our needs, listens to our voices and have a very transparent and open line of communication from our Board of Directors, and our Customer Care Team - really take care of their residents. Definitely consider Newman Village as your future and forever home!!! -

Shes very professional, responsive, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions she can. I appreciate her kindness and her attentiveness to my personal needs and to our community as whole. We could not be happier with Blue Hawk. We were with a very large management company and just we’re not receiving the level of service we thought we were paying for. We made the move to Blue Hawk and it was painless, and the level of service is amazing. Their technology is up to date and Chris and his team are very responsive,. We are very happy as a Board, and so are our Cobb Hill neighbors! You won’t be disappointed with Blue Hawk! -

Chase Phillips and Laura Johnson at Blue Hawk Management are GREAT employees.Chase was patient and kind with me as I am not very computer literate; he along with Laura were able to help me create my account and rectify all issues with my billing. Today people are so busy wanting to do the bare minimum on their jobs and rushing the assistance they are made to give customers. So, the experience with them was so refreshing. They truly left me with a good impression about them and their company. And I must say this is the first HOA management company since I moved here in 2010 that has done their job correctly. -

I want to thank and express my sincere gratitude to Chase Phillips at Blue Hawk Management, our new HOA management company for Cobb Hill. Chase helped me resolve an issue that never should have become an issue with our previous HOA management company! From our first telephone call, his friendliness and professionalism were more than apparent and he put me at ease immediately, making me feel as things are now in good hands. In a matter of just a few days, everything had been resolved. A 2 1/2 year issue settled because of Chase and others he got involved. Many many thanks to this man! I’m so happy we now have a new management company that is truly on the homeowners side and willing to work with us, for us, and not against us. Laura Johnson has been our property manager since August of 2023 and already there have been some positive changes. She walks the property on a regular basis and has an eye for details.
