Blue Atlas is Awesome! We are real estate investors and use Blue Atlas every time we have a property in need of a new tenant. They handle the full application process including: screening, credit checks, income, pets, and more! They are very knowledgeable in all of the fair housing dos and donts so we dont have to worry that we are violating any laws. The feed back they provide from prospective tenants is invaluable as well as their recommendations on what we can and should be charging for rent. Dave has been great working with us on recent (and our first) eviction and preparing all of the documentation and court appointments necessary to get through the complicated process. Their apartment was much cleaner and better maintained than others I viewed in the same price range, so it was an easy choice. I had one early issue with the water heater, but they sent someone out to fix it immediately. Communication has been fantastic--Mikayla is awesome!!! She always responded clearly and quickly, and made the whole application and move-in process easy. If I move in the future, Ill definitely look for another property under the same management.

Absolutely amazing. From the application process to the move on it has been nothing short of great. Mikayla was so helpful the whole way through and answered every question with a super prompt response. I never one felt left behind or in the dark. Maria was amazing as well. I have just moved in and had 2 work orders put in and they came so quick and fixed the issue and the process to put in the order was so easy. I am loving it here already and love how smooth conversation with blue atlas is. If your looking to move dont hesitate reach out now, you wont regret it.

Honestly super fast and smooth. Fast response times and even got moved in early in less than 10 days. Leasing office answers when you call and will actually get your problem to the correct person in a mannerly timeframe. Overall very nice and understanding people, would personally like to thank Mikayla for making it an easy and fast experience. Maintenance request are also fast and the man always responds fast and makes sure everything is good. Would recommend.

I recently leased a property through Blue Atlas Realty and had the best experience, from start to finish! The entire team at Blue Atlas Realty was very responsive and professional. I would like to give a special thanks to Mikayla and Gracel for all that they did to help my family work through the stressful process of having to move. Not only did they respond immediately and process paperwork in a timely matter, Mikayla personally met us at the house to do a walkthrough and within a couple hours she already had work orders in for minor repairs. Mikayla was absolutely amazing! The application process was quick and easy. She answered every question promptly and was just an absolute gem to work with! Oh! They even have a service that helps you get utilities set up FOR FREE!! I didn’t have deposits or even have to make the calls, they took care of everything for me!

Every time I called, the intake rep was kind and courteous and attentive, if the agent we needed to speak with wasnt available, they passed the message along and I always got a call back or an email. BUT! The reason for the stars really all falls on Mikayla. SHE WAS AN ANGEL!! She facilitated everything and always had an answer and was super helpful! I was very disappointed when she told me that we were now under new management. If youre selling/renting or looking to buy/rent, blue atlas really did an amazing job!

Although their process is a little different than most! Trust me its well worth it. Dont be alarmed if you dont receive a call back right away. Trust me their working on you, if you get an email late at night its normal. Its because they use an outsource verification company. Mikayla was very open with explaining their process since I was afraid of getting scammed. Because we all know they are out there. Blue Atlas such a great place to call your home. I have never had a more thorough and informative process before going with Blue Atlas. From phone calls and emails, Mikayla and Gracel were great with overall communication. I met Mikayla the day of our move in and she was the most genuine soul to speak to! Answered all of our questions regarding maintenance, fees and any other home related subjects. Things werent perfect when my girlfriend and I moved in. I will say that much, but blue atlas and the maintenance people they work with here have been very quick to handle any issue we have had. Sometimes within the same day. Our agent Mikayla was also very nice and attentive when were in the process of applying and preparing to move in. I dont often leave reviews, but they have done right by me and they deserve it. Thank you guys for everything.

She was able to answer all my questions or direct me to the person or resource who could. Gracel moved in silence and handled things from the background. All communication was prompt and clear via email. Mikayla was punctual during the key drop off and their concierge service saved me time by helping set up utilities. I prefer to make payments online and their process is simple and convenient. Any concerns I had were taken care of expeditiously. Great experience!

Well let me start with Allison Guillotine the Ops Manager, she is amazing in providing A+ service when it comes to taking care of business and you!!! They have many good and clean properties to offer if you want to live in a good neighborhood. Now I have to tell you about the down side of my experience with Blue Atlas. The bad thing is you should prepare yourself for not having a refrigerator because the owners of the properties do not provide one. This is normal in California, but I would give them 6 stars if I could for the professional service that was provided. Happy house hunting!!!!
