My regional manager and property manager are amazing! I appreciate them giving me the opportunity to experience, grow, and become grand in this industry. I had to leave a review, because so few people do when the experience is positive. Especially in real estate. My advice when looking for housing is to talk to the people that would be your neighbors, and let your gut tell you if you should take them at their word or not. Most properties have excellent staff, as long as you follow the rules laid out in your lease agreement. If you can do that, youll love life here!

I have never been able to rent a place managed by blazer real estate but I know many friends that have. The grounds are beautiful.. The management lives on site and therefore responds quickly to maintenance issues and security issues. For the senior communities there is always a wait list to get in. If I could live anywhere, it would be one of blazer realties senior community properties.

Tina Fuller is hands down the best supervisor I’ve ever had. She is hard working and dedicated. She is always there for her entire staff no matter what. If there is a resident issue she is fair and acts on every situation accordingly. Blazer is lucky to have her.
