    We rented with Anne and the team at Bingham Associates for 3.5 yrs and wound up buying the home when the owner decided to sell Anne was always so helpful from beginning to end! Travis was a great guy he showed my husband and I the house originally our kids really felt comfortable around them and anytime we had any issue at all it was immediately put into the que to be taken care of! If you’re looking for a rental company or management company look no further!

One thing that makes their company stand out is they check on your property during the lease and send you a report WITH pictures so you can ensure your property is being cared for.     Ive had nothing but a great experience since choosing Bigham & Associates as the property management for my place. Jim and Liz are quick and responsive, thorough and helped me understand the process of renting my place out. In addition they helped me get the property prepared, by giving me pointers and recommendations for painting and replacing the carpet. Once they placed my rental on the market it was rented in less than a week!

    The Bighams have been very nice and responsive to any issues that have arisen with the property. The house had a couple issues upon moving in, but thats where they really shined, they have been extremely responsive in fixing any issue that may arise. Its been very painless putting in work requests as well using their website, and paying rent using there website is simple and quick.

    Always prompt with letting me know of any issues. They work very well with my tenants and are able to fill the property quickly when vacant. My house has been empty for less than 2 weeks between tenants. They resolve most issues quickly.

    Jim and Liz Bigham manage my rental property in Central Austin. I live in Houston and work on commercial towing vessels on the Western Rivers and Gulf Coast. My busy schedule does not allow me to manage my own property but I know that Bigham Associates is capable of handling whatever is called for in the way of maintenance, repairs, rent collection, and documentation of all the needful paperwork required by the IRS. John Bigham and his sister, Ann Allen have recently joined Bigham Associates as full time managers, ensuring another generation of great management. John and Ann have brought about an expansion of the territory in which the Bighams offer property management and the services offered have also been enhanced with photographic property condition reports, delivery of HVAC filters to the tenants, and various other helpful points that address such concerns as maintenance, repairs, and performing the upgrades that will keep the tenants comfortable, happy, and occupying the property as tenants. One would have to look far and wide to find a better management team than Bigham Associates. They are tops in the business.

    We loved thevery service yall provided us as well as your support staff (property maintenence, AC repairmen, pest recommendactions, ect). The only issue we had during our time at this property was the water pressure in the shower. We brought it to the attention of the maintenance guy a couple times (Ray?) and he informed us that nothing could be done
