Ingle Safari property management has been a great help with my living experience. For the past 3 years I have rented from them. The office staff as well as the owners have been there for me with everything possible. The maintenance guy they have is very knowledgeable and always dependable when it comes to getting things fixes. My account is always paid and kept up to date cause Leslie stays on top of things updating me with any changes. The manager is by far awesome to have. She has went above and beyond. Very hands on. There was once a problem and she left the office herself to come to my home to make sure I was taken care of. A manager that doesnt just sit in the office but gets out and about to check on the tenants, you cant find that anywhere else for sure. I have been blessed to be dealing with them this whole time. Thank you all for doing such an amazing job.

Ingle Safari has been great for our family. Every time I have called with a problem, they have addressed it promptly & efficiently. Ive called on weekends with maintenance issues & they have sent someone out ASAP! One weekend I had a party of 50 people & had air conditioning and hot water heater problems. They came to my rescue right away! The party went off without a hitch, thanks to them. I cant say enough good things about Stacy & the ladies in the office. They are always courteous and professional! I would recommend this realty to anyone & I have told all my friends and family. Thanks sooooo much!

Ingle Safari Property Management is a great resource and solution to our property management needs. Ashley, Stacy and the team are great!! Ashley is great with marketing our properties and comes up with creative ideas to match up great people with our properties. She keeps us updated on each property and is very knowledgeable in the PM profession. Stacy is very dependable and genuinely cares about clients needs. She keeps us on track with maintenance and expenses and is in constant communication with us about any issues or ideas for improvement. They are open to new ideas and are constantly improving. After being unsatisfied with two previous PMs, we are very satisfied with our relationship and results of Ingle Safari Property Management and have already recommended them to several others.

Stacy with Ingle safari is the Hardest working chick in the area. I would recommend Ingle safari rental company and their crew to anyone. She took my call at 930 pm and had answer the next morning by 7am!!! My house rented fast just as she said And for the price she said it would. Most rental companies dont follow thru on promises. The ones Ive dealt with in the past takes sometime days just to call me back. I think this company is magic !!!!! Moving all rentals over in near future.

For 40 years I have interviewed tenants for my properties in an attempt to place good people in my homes. For the most part, I have been successful.Recently I have witnessed a larger group of low income people with no credit that move constantly looking for individual landlords who do not follow a protocol for interview process. These people look for store bought signs. In an interview they portray themselves a higher level than they are. In a short amount of time the landlord learns he has a problem to get rid of. This process is expensive and one I have learned to avoid. I have found that by using Ingle Safari Realty Property Management Group to advertise and interview potential prospects for my homes using their professional tools , my chances for a successful tenant are greatly increased. I have heard horror stories of property management teams taking advantage of their clientele and I have experienced only some of that in the past while interviewing potential management teams in the Lake Charles area.
