I never had any issues except for the parking. It’s SO hard to FIND a parking space. Management was nice.. I lived here for a few months (6) when I first moved to Houston, just needed a place to stay until i was able to find something else closer to work and a safer area for a female. Over all , I had a good experience while living in this apartment complex.Aaron was always courteous and respectful, His costumer service skills are a 5⭐️.But to the Apartment complex, The 4 star rating is because well it was just a place I lived in. Some of the neighbors were kinda shady but management has nothing to do with it. And also the parking issues. Many times I had to park far away. Otherwise I did have a good experience living here.

I’ve been living here for more than a year now. It’s an affordable place, office and maintenance employees always friendly and quick to action whenever I had an issue. Apartments showing its age but well maintained. I would really recommend this place.

Mainly wanted to mention that I essentially rented an apartment sight unseen online here. And I was not disappointed. That in itself speaks volumes.Especially pleased with Melissa Reyes!She was professional and friendly through the whole process and really made it happen like I needed it to happen.Now I must say there are a couple little fix ups but overall I am very pleased. Will repost after my lease ends with any updates.Just a quick add: Ramon came and attended the minor fix ups so fast and well I was super impressed.

Came across these apartments in search of a temporary home. I have to say that their staff is AMAZING. Such GREAT customer service very informative. Decent prices n the model was very inviting compared to other Apartment complexes, Ive seen in this area. will definitely consider moving in.

I’v Been here a few weeks now but since I walked in the leasing office the first day the management have treated me so well and the Agent who helped me was Aaron and he was extremely friendly and patient. After I signed the lease they cleaned it and even left a sweet little welcome home assortment of goodies for me to move into. Any issues I have had ( all minor) they have been very quick to help get handled in a timely manner. I’m very happy here and my 2 daughters love the friendly kids and everyone has been very sociable towards me as well. My only and thank god brief complaint would be the mild pest problem I noticed but they have a guy who comes out regularly to keep them away. But with everything else being so satisfactory I will still give the Bear Creek Crossing apartments and definitely the staff here 5 stars.

Apartment complex is very clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and clean too. Great management, always ready to help. We are new to this country, but we are happy that we came to the right place and very proud to call it our HOME. (Some idiot stole our kids bike and emblem from our car) Aargghh.... nonetheless its a great place to stay. You will never regret staying here for sure.

I don’t currently live here but I wanted to take the time to review them because of how helpful they’ve been in helping my friends out over the years. A high school friend of mine has been living there since then (which says a lot) and a college friend of mine now just moved in after I told him about these apartments. So far, he loves it way more than the previous apartments he’s lived in. I know that once I’m ready to move away from home, this is gonna be my go to apartment 👌🏼

I moved here in July of 2016 and I am so sad to have to leave my apartment HOME this February of 2020 ☹. My apartment home had the BEST VIEW in Bear Creek apartments HANDSDOWN!!! Claudia was the leasing consultant at the time when I first moved in. She leased the apartment with me but I grew to know Yante then (Assistant Manager). Over the next year a lot of changes would occur Claudia and Yante are THE BEST THUS FAR!! I have heard tenants speak to them in disrespectful ways and say very rude things to these ladies, with them always remaining professional and apologizing for us even having to be a witness. Any who parking is the only thing I could complain about but it really isn’t much the front office can do about it honestly. People stay where they are comfortable and my time here was GREAT at Bear Creek Crossings. During the summer the people are very respectable of the pool time. The noise level at the pool has NEVER been an issue neither. I have spotted some kids alone at the pool, and I would personally sit on my porch to watch them swim. I brought this to Yantes attention one time and she handled it very well. I never seen those kids in that pool alone again. Every apartment that surrounds the leasing office/ pool area, were always and have always been familiar faces to me. Only suggestion I would like to make is for the Management to maybe look into getting a Low Clearance Convex Mirror for the back gate.S/O to the ice cream man who comes to Bear Creek every day at 8 pm, he saves me a trip to the store every time. 😊Please excuse all typos and run on sentences.

Theres limited parking for visitors. Thats the worse part but overall I love it here. I feel save, all times of the night and the complex is pretty quiet. There are several families that live here. I love how the ladies know me but name. Id renew my lease.

Was looking in the area for a more affordable apartment as my lease was coming to an end and I happened to come across Bear Creek Crossing which I must say is in a very convenient location. All of my go to stores are close by and even a movie theater. I was attended by a young lady by the name of Claudia. She showed me a couple of units and I stumbled upon one located by the pool that drew my attention. For the price space was good, appliances could use a little update but not a deal breaker. Next thing you know Im filling out an application. My fingers are crossed and I hope to move in soon! Thank you Claudia for all of your help!

Everything very good 👍!! The only problem is the neighbor in #418 still doesnt let you sleep, it seems like an elephant lives there because every step they take can be heard and you can hear the bed squeaking, I dont know if they need a new one 🤔!
