We have been living here for a year now and love our home. The maintenance is awesome. Mike especially has been so helpful and prompt every time we have requested service and goes above and beyond.There are a few annoyances like with any community. The HOA appears to be nonexistent and doesnt enforce the rules we are paying for. The pool requires an additional charge for the key fob. However, the pool is not maintained well and outsiders from the community have left it dirty on many occasions. So we opt not to use it. The additional charges seem high for the service recieved, but we were aware upfront and willingly chose the property.Overall the neighborhood and the community has been nice, quiet, and welcoming. We love our house and have not had issues with the leasing office as I have seen in other reviews. They have always been nice and reasonably responsive to us. We are homebodies but the neighbors seem extremely kind and have hosted many community events in the neighborhood.

I placed a maintenance request for my toilets on Tuesday evening and the next day, Michael lead maintenance called me and asked if I was home for the repair and I was. He was here in 5 minutes after the call. Michael is a very professional and respectful person and he had my toilets repaired quick and efficiently. I’m glad that we have such a great maintenance team. He is a 5 Star maintenance man! I am very pleased! 👍

We just moved out from one of their homes and they were honestly pretty great. Maintenance (Mike) was awesome and super responsive. There are extras added in the rent that added up quick but that would be my only negative. Gloria was very helpful and worked with us quite a bit during our move out. Never had any issues like some of the reviews in here had.

Our experience was great. Gloria & Ashley have been polite & easy to work with. The maintenance team came after hours to fix our leak. It’s very quiet & safe. We live in the best community.

We moved here from Louisville Kentucky and rented here sight unseen. Gloria and Ashley were our main contacts and they went above and beyond at every turn to make this happen for us. The communication on their end was so good, I thought this must be a scam. You don’t see that level of customer service often. Gloria even left her home on her day off to meet us and make sure we had a smooth move in. As for the actual home, we couldn’t be happier with it. Can’t recommend it enough, would give it 6 stars if I could.

This is by far my best renting experience ever. The homes are nice. The neighborhood is quiet. Maintenance is on top of any issue you may run into. What truly sets them apart is the management. Gloria is phenomenal to work with. You can always reach her or Ashley quickly by phone and they go above and beyond to assist you. You cannot go wrong renting here.

Ive been here for about 6 months. Gloria has been super cool with us had Maintenance out here pretty quick when our AC stopped working. This is a great community & we love that its pet friendly!

Me and my wife are moving in to the meridian at the end of the Month . Ashley was the sweetest! Answered all our questtions and even though she didnt have to give us a tour she gave us a code to tour the house we ere interested in) she still met us there to addreess our concerns. My friend lives in the coummunity and she says its peaceful and safe and managent seems to be proactive

Slay SlayBae, Kelly L, Banks Fam, and Sonya Funches are all the same person. Please do not let her multiple reviews have any impact. My name is Preston and I live here at Granden Meridian. I like living here, its a great community. The statements Sonya Funches made are false. They have been reported to Google as slander. It is sad when people have to hide behind fake Google reviews because they are not following the rules. The neighborhood and neighbors are happier now that Sonya aka slay aka Kelly aka banks is gone. She brought no value to the neighborhood and was in breach of her lease contract on many occasions. My family and I love living here, thanks for everything you do Gloria!

Gloria and Ashley were a great help in the qualification process! We spoke every day and went above and beyond to get us in fast. The neighborhood is very calm so far and the houses are very enjoyable. Brand new!
