I currently stay at Grove at White Oak but this is my 2nd Barvin managed community Ive lived at for one simple fact...THEY CARE! Whenever Ive had an issue it was dealt with swiftly and always to my satisfactory. You can tell the staff has been either trained well or they were hired based on experience and qualifications. You can also tell customer service is the core value at Barvin....Ive never lived at a property were they seemed so eager to help, answer, questions, and resolve any issues. They throw the BEST resident functions that are catered, free drinks, and a DJ!!!At both communities Ive always experienced the very best maintenance service. My work orders are completed no later then the next day and if it couldnt be, I was always reached out by someone in the office to give me an update. I look forward to renewing my lease in November!

I’m a resident at Memorial Towers, owned and managed by Barvin. About a month ago, all residents were informed of an issue of the chillers and boilers at the property losing power. It took a few days for the hot water and a/c to start working again and at the time I was upset about the situation, but at the end of the day I can honestly say that the property staff and corporate staff communicated throughly with the residents and gave us updates of the repairs. So I just want to say thank you to Barvin and the entire team at Memorial Towers for everything you do for us!

As a realtor, I wanted to note that Barvin has always exceeded the expectations of my clients! Everytime I check up on a barvin client they’re happy at their property and have recommended their friends there. It’s easy to see why! In my personal experience of working with them, they’ve always gone the extra mile to ensure all my needs were met and continued to follow up and work promptly to complete any tasks.

Ive lived all around the city and have never experienced the level of customer service I received while living at a complex managed by you all. Maintenance issues were promptly addressed and the staff is always willing to go the extra mile.
