    Shout out to Mr. DeAngelo Maeshack for his exceptional service as the technician assigned to my work order. From the start, he demonstrated professionalism with a courteous call to inform me that he was on his way. Upon arrival, he greeted me with a warm smile and a positive attitude that was truly contagious.When I offered him boot covers, he assured me he already had his own, showcasing his preparedness and attention to detail. As he inspected the issue with my kitchen lights, he quickly and accurately identified the root cause: a faulty ballast, which acts as the intermediary between the breakers and the bulbs. Not only did he address the issue efficiently, but he also took the time to educate me on the problem, all while performing his job flawlessly.It was truly impressive to witness such a highly skilled professional at work, which is a reflection of the high standards Hunt Housing maintains through its technicians.     Our ceiling fan went out in our dining room last night. This morning a wonderful maintenance man came and replaced it. He was quick, efficient, and tidy. He made sure he cleaned up all the debris from the work. We now have a new fan than is quiet. Thank you very much.Since I cant see how to do a new review, I will add to this one. 5 stars for Mike W. who came out and replaced our dishwasher which had stopped working. He was quick, very efficient and nice. Thank you so much!

    This review is for Mike from the maintenance team. Mike is always professional and courteous when communicating with him. He also takes the time to explain the problem and solutions. He give real estimates on work order completion and doesn’t create false hopes with dates that are unobtainable. Mike replaced our dishwasher and while he was here the light ballast went out in our laundry room. Mike had other jobs to do that day but was able to get a new ballast and came back the same day to take care of us. Thanks Mike!

    Thank you to Joe K. for coming out and providing superior service when our AC was not functioning in 105 degree heat! Not only did he get us cooling off, but was kind enough to suggest solutions for other issues we encountered during move in. He could have simply blown me off with my questions and concerns, but instead he made it a priority to fix what he could and place work orders for what he couldnt. Happy so far with the maintenance here and thats due to Joe. Thank you!

    Mike the Veteran was honestly the only person who thoroughly explained what and why he was doing when we had any questions in the 3 years we have lived here. He fixed our AC when everyone else told us to just empty a PVC pipe everyday. He took his time to clean our AC unit and gave us good advice on HVAC. Thank you Mike. Hope they hire more people like you.

    The community is beautiful and quiet. The staff and maintenance workers (thank you Joe) are pleasant and helpful. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. Maintenance orders are quickly taken care of. The Barksdale Family Housing are people that renters would love to live with. This is just a fantastic community.

    The pull chain on the ceiling fan light in the living room was not working. Joe came to fix, it he was very professional and courteous. He fixed the problem quickly. He also put shoe covers on his work boots and that was greatly appreciated.

    Mike W. Is so friendly, helpful, and polite. Even for late night emergency calls, arrives timely, called prior to arrival so I could get puppy contained, fixes issue quickly, and even made sure to say hi to the puppy before leaving.

    I needed help today schedulingA appointment for an inspection. The process was very overwhelming to me. I went to the East Side Housing office Rachel and Deloris were absolutely incredible they spent a lot of time and we incredibly patient with me. So glad they are there to help everyone.

    Very happy with the service provided by Mike W! He responded to our work order for a broken & leaky garbage disposal within 20 minutes.He was very professional and took the time afterwards to show us how to reset the unit and use the “key” to unblock the blades if something gets stuck.Thank you, again, Mike W!

    We loved hunt housing, we had a great housing specialist Delores and couldn’t have asked for anyone better! We loved the house and all the amenities that came with living on base and going to miss them terribly. We’ve always recommended living on base and will still tell others it was the best!

    Mr.Mike L did a wonderful job of having our HVAC system up and running. My family and I were without AC for 3 days & the house temp was rounding into the low 90s. Thank you Mr. Mike for restoring our AC and bringing comfortability back into our home. 🙂

    We moved on base almost a year ago. I cant begin to convert how much I prefer living on base. We had our third quarterly inspection today. I appreciated the advance call from David Chambers. It gave me time to put my nervous dog up so no ones time was wasted. Mr Chambers has been considerate, thorough, and professional each time hes been to our house. This is the same level of service weve consistently received since weve been here.

    We werent enjoying our experience with this company at first, but when our agent left the company (or was fired), our experience vastly improved. It was no longer difficult to contact the housing office or get our questions answered. Working with Chauncey instead was a breeze. Since then, we have no complaints. We absolutely love our house, and have enjoyed the remaining staff members. Today was our first service appointment with David Chambers and he was punctual, polite, and had kept me in the loop throughout the inspection. I really appreciated that he called me first instead of knocking on the door so that I was able to invite him inside with calmer dogs rather than having a loud, hyperactive mess. Mr. Chambers showed us how dirty our previous air filter was and switched it out for us.

    I have lived in my home on the Eastside for 2 and 1/2 years now and can say that I have had no issues with housing or maintenance. I do not have experience with main base housing and can not comment on them. While the of my house layout is strange, it does not make my opinion any less. Moving in was a breeze. I have always had a timely response with maintenance as well. Everything from emergencies (2-4 hours) to non-emergencies (within a day or two). Every single maintenance personnel to walk through my door has been pleasant, respectful, and thorough. Any housing office personnel I have to deal with has been attentive and understanding.

    This is hands down the best living option in town! Forget saving a little BAH, Id much rather have a peace of mind and my own space. We really get more bang for our buck in Liberty Heights. I have 10 + years in property management and cannot find a single problem with the staff, the grounds, or the housing. Everyone has been super nice to work with and always happy to help. Kudos to David on providing excellent service when doing the quarterly inspections.

    Nadya Nation really helped me out of a pickle and set me up with a really nice house after being alerted that I was being moved out of the dorms 2 months ahead of schedule. I am very thankful for the help and professionalism displayed by her and other staff I interacted with while there. Would give 6 stars if I could!

    My family and I love Barksdale Family Housing. We PCSed here from Minot and couldn’t be happier living on base. I no longer stress when my husband goes TDY with the safety of me and my kids. We have only had to call Maintenance twice in the 2 years that we lived here but why were prompt and very friendly!

    Moving into BAFB housing has been a smooth transition for my family and myself. Nadaya Wynter was so helpful throughout the whole process. I didnt have to keep calling, she called me and kept me up to date and was very prompt with everything. From start to finish (move-in) was only a week.
