I went to tour these apartments Oct 4th with my littles. Immediately after opening the door, Emily gave us the warmest greeting! They were setting up the Halloween decorations and stopped immediately to greet us. She even offered my kiddos lollipops while we waited all of about 2minutes to do our guided tour. Anna gave us the tour and was so helpful and informative. Super kind, answered any questions I had. She even gave my husband a tour the following day! Most people seemed annoyed or didn’t say much when my husband was able to come along on a different day. Not Anna, she was so pleasant. My husband and I were figuring out some things in the parking lot and decided we had a few more questions and went back in. Anna seemed thrilled to work with us and had such a positive attitude the entire time. We even saw the maintenance guys outside fixing something and they waved hi to us.The apartment itself is really nice inside. I will say not having a patio seems like it might be a downside, but there are storage closets right outside the apartment that come with it at no additional charge. The kids playground is an actual playground and my kiddos are excited that they will get to play there. The dog park is also nice.Once we decided to make this our home, I spoke to Judy on the phone to confirm a few things. She was also so warm, kind and helpful.We were calling around for moving places and a man I spoke with said his daughter had lived here. He told me that she had nothing but great things to say about her time at Bahia Cove!These ladies, and the small interaction we had with maintenance, make you feel as though you’re walking into “Mr. Roger’s neighborhood”: super kind, very welcoming, and such positive attitudes! I’m super stoked to become a resident of this awesome community and hope it lives up to the expectations set forth!

This is a lovely apartment complex it comes with so many amenities like the pool, billiard room, printer room, laundry room and a gym. They are very fast with maintenance requests! Everyone is super nice, friendly and welcoming, especially Judy and Anna,

This has been the best apartment living experience that my kids and I have ever had. I have lived in high rises luxury apts and some low class ones. Ive been here soon almost a year and I leased with Emily. Emily is so wonderful with the information she gives and she will follow-up on emails! Judy the property manager and Anna the assistant manager are the best. This is such a small cozy property and they keep up with inspections and emails regarding the expectations with keeping out community nice and clean. Anna and Judy are always resourceful when I have a question or need something. I plan to renew my lease and live here until we buy a house. KEEP IT UP LADIES!

I recently checked out Bahia Cove Apartments to see if theyd be a good place to live, and I have to say, it was great. The assistant manager, Anna, really made sure my visit was both helpful and fun. Right from the start, Anna was super friendly and really cared about what kind of place I was looking for. She took the time to answer all my questions, giving me all the info I needed to picture myself living there.Also, Anna was really nice and made me feel welcome during the tour. She showed me several units, going into detail about what makes each one special and pointing out the good points of the various floor plans they had. Their excitement and professional attitude showed in every part of the tour, making me feel like they really cared about me as someone who might want to live there.Also, the Bahia Cove Apartments really stood out to me. The place was in great shape, and they had way more cool stuff than I expected. It felt super welcoming and was just the right place to live comfortably.All in all, my trip to Bahia Cove Apartments was a big hit, mostly because of Annas awesome service. She was really dedicated and knew her stuff, which made a big impact. Im really keen on moving there and would definitely tell anyone looking for an apartment to check out Bahia Cove Apartments. Theyre definitely going to get the same great service I did.Im excited about the possibility of joining this lively community and am really thankful for such a great experience.

I went to go tour this property shortly after Hurricane Beryl had hit. The staff was very kind. The office women including the manager were all outside in their dress clothes cleaning and setting back up the pool/patio furniture. It was hot that day as well. I was assisted showed a beautiful model and had a great experience. For this reason this place is a top contender for sure.

I moved to this wonderful Apartment Complex a few weeks ago. I had some maintenance requests but it was done pretty quick. I was blessed with a great hardworking and friendly maintenance guy! The staff is amazing and treat me like family! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a safe and well maintained place to live. Thank you all for taking care of all my requests!

This is a lovely place that I absolutely recommend, has a beautiful renovated pool, a new gym room and excellent apartments, very quiet and clean. The office staff are very nice people and attentive. Rosana is always willing to help with any of my requests which are resolved in the shortest possible time.

We’ve lived here for a few months and are really enjoying it so far. We’ve had a few maintenance requests, two specifically regarding our AC and the shelving in one of our closets. Jerry came to help us out, realized the AC was worse off than we even realized, and made sure to get everything squared away as soon as possible for us. As he was fixing that, I needed the shelving to be fixed and he did it right away with a smile. Absolutely an awesome, knowledgeable, and capable guy to keep this place running!

LOVE THIS PLACE! I’ve been living in Bahia Cove for a little over a year now and all I can say is that everyone here is super friendly and they treat you like family! Its a great place to live. Nice , quiet, peaceful. Management, Judy, stayed on top of everything and was easy to work with. Maintenance did a good quick job anytime there was a problem. Highly recommend these apartments.

My girlfriend and I have been here since may and we’ve loved it before we walked in the door. The hospitality, the amenities, the whole complex is welcoming and really knows how to make it feel like a homey community. They do events around the apartment for everyone to have fun and get to know each other which we’re really new to but it seems like it should be done everywhere. Pool party’s, inviting breakfast, and other things and I’m sure more to come is really cool and a great idea. Honestly if I could give it more stars I would.

The maintenance provides exceptional service, especially Jerry. Bahia is a wonderful place to live. Its quiet, has a lot of amenities, and the staff are very helpful. They really try to keep things pleasant and orderly. Id say Bahia and Amalfi are the nicest complexes in this area. Only downside is that the apartment itself needs a bit of maintenance every now and then. In the 6 months weve lived here, weve had 3 lights go out, the AC doesnt blow evenly throughout the rooms, and we even had the master bath lights fall out of the wall and hit the mirror once. Turns out they were installed incorrectly, but maintenance was very quick about getting it fixed. Nice guys who do a solid job. I really recommend the place.

Been living here for about a year now and been happy so far. Quiet, family oriented complex Maintenance and staff are responsive to requests and issues. The management works to make sure things are being improved and updated constantly. Nice amenities and good prices! We’ve had some slight roach issues but management has been really thorough with treatment for the WHOLE building, not just individual units.

I highly recommend Bahia Cove apartments. My husband and I moved into the area last year for grad school and we have just started our second year here. The apartments are renovated and look great. The office staff is super friendly and helpful and they actually answer the phone every time we call. They keep the apartments in great condition. They pressure wash the hallways regularly. Every maintenance request we have put in (which is not many because there have not been many issues at all) is completed very quickly. We havent had any issues with packages either. They have plenty of dumpsters and they never get overfilled. They have valet trash which is super nice as well. They just built a gate around the complex as well. Its really been one of the best apartment experiences we have ever had!

We have been here for about 3 years. Maintenance is always helpful and extremely fast at fixing our issues. Never had any issues with management/front office and they have worked with us whenever we needed it. The complex is clean and taken care of, and so are the amenities that I have used.

First off this place has the best staff. My husband and I just moved into these apartments and from the moment we stepped on the property this has been the best experience. Everyone here is very nice and welcoming. Shayla showed us around more than once and answered all of our questions. We were leaving a place that was horrible and had a lot of issues, and the staff at Bahia Cove helped us through that and answered those questions also. Once we moved in during our walk through we found a few MINOR cosmetic things that we took note of, things that could of easily gone without being fixed and would not have made living here any different. However, they were fixed the very next day, which shows how much they care about the people that call this place home. These apartments are very nice, clean, and spacious and we already feel so much at home. We love it here, and are so happy that we made the choice to call this our new home.

First and foremost lets talk about Sean, he is such a positive and responsive person. From the first moment that he showed us the property and units, he was so attentive to every question and in such a happy mood full of energy. He helped us every single step of the way with a smile !. The entire property is remodeled. The units and the property are impeccable. They have a newly remodeled game room, pool and gym. The staff is so attentive here that we noticed the manager out at the pool at 9 pm cleaning wrappers up and placing all the chairs back to normal. Our main concern before moving in was that the community was not gated but after living here for a month we havent had any issues. Everyone here is so friendly that we had multiple people come up to us while moving offering help. We are just very content with our choice and the amazing treatment received by Sean.

If youre considering living here.. do it!! Ive loved it here. The management company has clearly invested in this property. Theyre now a gated community, they pressure wash consistently, and they added the valet trash service (which is soo nice). Their maintenance team is actually responsive, taking the time to explain things to you, and have always been friendly. The office staff has been so kind to me, and theyre helpful anytime I needed anything. They have a dog park, plenty of parking, and the pool area is so cute. My unit has beautiful wood flooring, stainless steel, marble countertops. Ive never once needed pest control. Ive lived in apartments and Ive worked in the industry, and Bahia Cove is truly a dependable choice for the LC/Dickinson area.Thanks for everything!

The office staff was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful, they made my move less hectic. Upon moving in the apartment was nice and clean and everything was in good working order. I had one concern that i couldnt get in to the storage closet but I notified the office and before the day was over the maintenance had addressed the problem and got it fixed. The maintenance man was very nice and professional as well. So happy I chose Bahia Cove

I have had some issues here but, overall, my experience has been positive. I waited seven months for the tub in my master bathroom to be fixed. Water was pooling under the tub and leaking under the wall into the next room. It was FINALLY recently fixed and actually done CORRECTLY this time!Ive only experienced roaches when the last neighbors to my left moved out and the new neighbors moved in. Unfortunately, I know this is something that can not totally be eradicated since I can not control the cleanliness or habits of my neighbors. No matter how neurotically clean I am, I still see one from time to time.Before I moved here, I spoke with a co-worker who used to live here and she told me that if I did move, to leave my windows cracked a few hours a day to allow ventilation and I would have no mold issues. None of my furniture is directly against the walls, nor are my closets packed tight. Things of value in my storage unit - (really, Christmas decorations) are stored in air tight storage bins. The only time I found mold in my apartment was when it got really cold outside and I kept my windows closed with the heat on for like two weeks. The condensation that builds up on the window will literally be so much that it drips onto your floor. I didnt realize it for a while since my blinds are always down, but the warm, moist environment is a known breeding ground for mold. When I found it, it was around the windows edges. I wiped down with bleach, went over with concentrated pine-sol and havent had a problem since. Im also mindful to leave the window open so the mold does not re-occur.I have not had any health or breathing issues, nor has my three year old. My AC went out briefly - they came and fixed it.The caulking around the edges of my floors is HORRIBLY done. It looks like someone did it with their toes. The wood on my kitchen cabinets is splitting - I have no clue what on EARTH the previous tenants did to get them that way but its the least of my worries.My neighbors are friendly and quiet. I feel the grounds are well kept. When I hear or read all the horror stories about this complex , I guess I got EXTREMELY lucky.My biggest gripe is that the playground provided is missing a ladder that leads up to the toddler slide and, welp - Ive got a toddler. The swings are also atrocious. I wish we had a playground set and swings on both sides. Right now the playground is on one side and the swing set is on the other side.Jordan Cove has a long way to go but I feel theyre making great progress seeing as the new owners inherited a myriad of issues due to poor management and neglect on behalf of previous owners.

Weve been in these apartments for 2 years. We moved in just a few weeks before Harvey hit and the apartments were called Jordan Cove then. Weve seen many changes here but the remodel has been fabulous and we absolutely love it here. The office staff are very helpful and Jerry the maintenance guy is always there to help when you need it.

We love everything about living here! We just moved in this past April and everything is remodeled and has new appliances, flooring, light fixtures, etc. The grounds have been redone with nice sidewalks, new playground, new gym with new machines and a kids room, pool table and shuffle board, remodeled pool area with a new girl added in, and the staff here is amazing! They have been on top of every request we have put in and very professional and super friendly! Lobit School Village is also in the zone here and that was a huge win for us that added that cherry to the top! Definitely worth the walk through and we hope to be here for quite a while! So happy we were able to move in!

I’ll start by saying I was throughly surprised in this apartment complex. Nestled in League City/Dickinson this complex should definitely on your list. From the new upgrades in the units to the lovely pool this apartment complex has everything you need. 24hr fitness center with brand new equipment (in which no one uses so you’ll have it all to yourself). A game room with pool, shuffleboard and board games. Even a computer room which they turned into a gift wrapping room for the holidays. But above all else the staff at this apartment complex go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. Shayla and Sean are some of the most respectable and caring people in the customer service industry I’ve ever met. They never once fell short or made me feel like they didn’t care, no matter how small the problem.If you’re looking for an apartment, give this place a call or stop by, I promise you won’t regret it.

Overall I love the place and the staff who works here. The only problem that I have is neighbors who smokes(cigarettes and weed) inside their apartments and the smell goes to my place, also dog owners don’t pick up after their dogs and roaches. Yes roaches but I can’t blame the office manager for all that. We are adults and we have to learn to follow rules even don’t like it. I can’t force my neighbors to have good habit cleaning.

Ruth is really turning things around! I have lived here since May 2016- to be honest it started off very rough but lately its been getting better! The roach problem has definitely gotten immensely better. David from the Maintenance Team is always a pleasure to deal with! I recently made a list of 12 requests at once (sorry!) but they were all completed in a timely manner. I had been concerned because there had been a leak in the a/c from upstairs I wasnt aware of for a little while and it seemed to develop mildew/mold, I told the office and Roseanna and Christina sent a contractor to the unit within a couple of weeks, took care of all the vents and the air filter and had them shampoo my carpets just to sweeten the deal! I myself work in the apartment industry (Broadstone Walker Commons in League City- absolutely gorgeous!) and it is extremely hard Im sure to turn a property with a bad reputation around but they are taking huge steps in the right direction as a team and it will pay off tremendously for all the residents in the future. Great job guys!! :)

I initially moved in right after Harvey in 2017 when it was Jordan Cove because of my commute to work but now I am glad that I did because of the changes and upgrades in the community here. I moved into a new unit last year and the new place is incredible. Rossana in the office is always a great help and helped set me up to access the new gym and billiards room. Hi okay this story gets worse before it gets better so please read to the end. :) So I lived here a year and the old building management was a nightmare she sent people into our home to take pictures of it 2 weeks after we moved in and said she would fix things after we unpacked she called us horders, mind you the house was still packed with boxes from Moving in. That woman wouldn not send someone come and fix our leak in our toilets for the full time she was here, she did not care that the dish washer drained into the sink, it did not seem to bother her, that bugs crawled in though the crack in our wall, and she didnt didnt care that the rent would be well over a thousand dollars in water bills and electricity due to shear amout of leaks and holes. We were able to get our bill reduced to 800 by the really understanding lady in billing but the stipulation if we fix it and the bill is still high youll have to pay back fees while completely warranted was quite frustrating because we begged for at Least the two toilets to be fixed to save water and money and all we got were empty promises from her. Needless to say I was going to leave this apartment complex and pint a big sign telling everyone to say clear of this hellish place buuuuut(and here is the good part) The new manager came in and Man she is nice and not just compared to the Other one shes genuinely understanding and kind the first day I went in she took a list of all the problems that we had in the apartment (it was way more than just the toilets) and she was very patient with our concerns, she explained that our work orders as well as many other renters had been lost in the transfer and she helped us put together a new one. Not only that but she had someone in the apartment the next day for an assessment. The house was put back together the new gentleman really knows what he is doing and is very knowledgeable. So now the toilets dont drain water constantly, the showers are fixed, our dishwasher doesnt drain into the sink, the sinks were all fixed they dont leak from the pipes or drip from the fauset, the sheet rock crack was remaired, and my closet is no longer collapsed, ^_^ its like a whole new apartment and we decided to stay. She really gets things done and we appreciate her very much. Our home is a pleasant and calming place to be we are very happy. Thank you so much you guys are awesome!!!!!

I recently moved out of Jordan Cove Apartments because of Hurricane Harvey. I would like to thank both of the ladies in the apartment office especially Christina (My girl ) for the support shown in our situation. I am blessed to be in another apartment. These ratings that I am reading are not accurate with what my personal experience was. I did have a small roach problem, but I made sure I left no food or trash out to make the problem worse. After the exterminator came out twice, the problem completely disapoeared. The only issue I did have was a few times they came in my apartment when I was not there but to be fair I was told in writing that they would be coming in. I had an issue with my refrigerator where the generator woukd stop all of a sudden and my food would thaw out. After this happened three times it was replaced with a new refrigerator. I am not saying the apartments are perfect but for the money I thought they were very decent. I did hear complaints about mold from my neighbors. They were very concerned about it. I did see where there was mold in the apartment after the hurricane came and the sheetrock was removed. Try not to post so many negative things on the internet but try to solve the issues with the complex one on one. I am not sure what the intent is but problems are better resolved head on rather than slamming someone on cyberspace. I am just glad for everyone who came out of the hurricane safely. Please keep me in your prayers because I sure can use it. And I will be praying for you as well. God bless.

Staff members are super helpful always on task and always willing to help you as much as possible. Management staff are also very understanding with you and needing assistance with anything they can help with. The application process was easy and quick very Efficient. I live here for a couple months now office staff is the best I had a pest issue had pest control come up and spray the next week my neighbor sprayed the following week I had them spray my apartment again and she had them spray her apartment the same day and the problem was resolved you do pay for pest control so if your having a problem they are out here every week They have done a lot of updates since the new owner has taken over I love living here
