I worked with Kirby to help me get into a beautiful house in round rock and he was professional and personable and thorough right from the very start. It’s a shame to see some of these negative reviews because it is not at all the experience that I had working with Kirby. He has answered my calls and texts without fail and has always been transparent throughout the whole experience. It was a pleasure doing business with this company to be honest and I’d gladly stand by that for anyone who thinks this review is fake. Normally I am so used to dealing with a computer screen and automated services so getting to speak with an actual human was a breath of fresh air. I will for sure be recommending Kirby and Avanta360 to all my friends and family moving forward. It was a great experience.

Topher and Kirby work well together and with clients. I have been in limbo trying to figure out if we should rent or buy and they talked me through both options. They have always been easy to communicate with and get a hold of. Pictures of our house were taken quickly and on our schedule. I look forward to working with them again in the future! As a landlord new to Avanta360 I can tell you that Kirby and his team have far exceeded my expectations. The house rented much faster than I thought it would and all problems were handled expediently. In fact Kirby took the time to personally fix a problem with a broken step that could easily have become a much bigger problem for the tenants and ultimately, me.I have managed my own property in the past and have worked with other property managers and I can assure you that hands down, Avanta360 is the only way to go!

I have come to really love avanta! i typically communicate with sunnie and kirby, and they are both so helpful and always kind. i’ve had quite the challenging situation with roommates this year, but kirby has always shown compassion and been helpful to me despite it. maintenance requests have been promptly answered and the yards typically are kept under control. the two times i felt it was a little tall (lots of rain lately), i let sunnie or kirby know, and landscape professionals were out the next day!! whoo hoo!! :D i will miss avanta and the kind and responsive staff!if you’re having issues, make sure you have the number for the text line! sunnie gets back to me so quick!!
