I have been looking at the property for 2weeks now and when I tell you working with Thash(leasing agent)and Sarah(make ready team) when I tell you they worked together so hard to get this completely Redone new carpet ,paint etc. I’m just so amazed I move in next week and it was such an easy application process and a timely repair. My wife and I just moved to Round Rock a few months ago from half way across the country and AustinVestors made it the best moving experience possible!Their agents were extremely friendly and always replied to our questions in a timely manor. The complimentary concierge service they work with to help you set up all of your utilities and services was AMAZING! They really made the moving process as painless as possible.When we arrived at our unit everything was clean and exactly as pictured on the listing and all of our utilities were set up and ready to go from the moment we walked through the door. Their online portal is easy to navigate and I love that all of our rental info is available in one spot any time we need it. Setting up rent payments is extremely easy and we haven’t run into any issues with payment processing so far.We’ve been here for 6 months now and absolutely love it. AustinVestors is hands down the best property management company we’ve ever rented from. Can’t recommend them enough, 10/10!Update: Just had to go through the process of adding a new pet to our lease. Anna Macias was a rockstar and made the process so easy! She answered all of my 5 million questions in a timely manner and was extremely helpful! :)

AustinVestors has handled my rental properties in Austin for years now and I have to say they are the most efficient and easy to work with property management company. I used other property management companies before and some of them could cause you more headache than necessary. With AustinVestors, you can be more hands off since they systematically manage and maintain your properties with every detail. If you want to be more hands on thats fine too, and they communicate all of the details well with their clients.

When something has come up, Jonathan D. at AV has been super responsive and respectful about getting high quality contractors out in a timely manner. He also follows up after the work is done to make sure it was done correctly and that the contractor represented their company well.12/7/23: update, because I cant figure out how to do a separate review. Thash T. was very helpful in getting me set up for adding a second dog to the household. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable of the property meld system. She is also a 5 star employee of the AustinVestors group

Rented a property with AustinVestors back in Aug 2019 and just moved out last month. The process of applying was super easy and all of it was online. I only had to go into the office to drop off security deposit check. When I had to do maintenance, submitting it online was super easy as well, and the maintenance person would reach out to you quick and schedule a day for repair. The online portal to make a payment and review your lease was very simple and easy to use. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Everytime I had a question they would answer the phone and they would answer to my emails. i want to give a shout out to Mindy! She will take care of you! When we finally moved out we ran into some hiccups but AustinVestors took care of us! If you move out leaving the property in good clean condition you will receive your full security deposit just like we did. We recommend renting with AustinVestors. Thanks for helping us with our home fo a year!

Had a year lease with Austin Vestors. The house was in good repair so there wasnt very much interaction with them, but what little I had was professional and productive.The best experience I had was when I needed confirmation of my notice to vacate. The notice is easy to complete online, but something didnt seem right, as I got no confirmation. So I called...I was right! It didnt go through! It was okay though, because the representative I spoke to was very helpful. Not only does Thashagaye have the coolest name, she also has the coolest demeanor, listening to my concern and patiently walking me through the website to make sure I submitted correctly and verify that it went through before ending the call. She made a frustrating moment for me suddenly a moment of just working together to solve a problem. She was kind, respectful, and professional throughout the entire call and solved my problem with confirmation at the end. I rarely do reviews but good service seems so hard to find these days I felt it was my duty to make sure Thashagaye knows she did a great job and represented Austin Vestors in a way that makes it stand out. Thanks for the help and services during my lease!

Early in the process of signing a lease with AustinVestors. Thash has been great, very patient and helpful. She is easily 5 stars. Too soon to soon to give AustinVestors 5 stars, though I have no complaints at this point. Will likely update this review throughout my tenantship.UPDATE 2: This review is being written on July 3, 2024. I received an email last night (July 2, 2024 at 11PM) informing me that I have 5 days to perform a mandatoru annual inspection through an app, zInspector. The email further stated that I should have already received an email from zInspector, and that if the inspection is not completed within the next 5 days, AustinVestors will send someone to inspect the house at the expense of $99, to be added to next months invoice.I have scoured the appropriate gmail account and, sure enough, I have never received an email from zInspector. I tried contacting property management (James Cacao), and he said that hed resend the invite and grant me an 1 day extension. However, all James sent was a screenshot of supposed confirmation that the email was sent. I replied to those emails with screenshots of the searches performed on my gmail account (accounting for inbox, spam, trash, and archive), that I have never received any correspondence from zInspector.Currently in the midst of getting this resolved with AustinVestors. I have tried calling them this morning, with no response. It will be interesting to see how this goes. As it stands, I am still awaiting an invitation to zInspector. Part of me wonders if this is a way for AustinVestors to milk another $99 out of tenants.UPDATE 1: Majority of the way through my initial lease at this point, and it has been mostly smooth sailing. However, there are two fairly outstanding issues that have arisen.First, ever since the switch to Property Meld was made, it has been much more difficult than it needs to be. For instance, it took a month to schedule routine HVAC maintenance because of how difficult that portal is to use. And subsequent to that appointment which just happened on May 5th, my A/C has stopped blowing cold as of May 6th. I put an emergency request through the Property Meld Portal early on May 7th as I was talking to a lady at Atlas, the HVAC vendor, who scheduled an appointment for today, Monday, May 9th between 9:30 and 11:30 AM. The lady said Atlas would be in touch with maintenance before the window this morning. Followed up with Atlas and maintenance today only to find out neither of them had even seen the request in Property Meld, and that they had not spoken to each other.Second is lease renewal. I am currently in the process of building a new home and likely need a short term extension of the lease (maybe two or three months). I let management know about this a month ago in response to managements notice of upcoming lease expiration. Initially, I requested to go month-to-month upon renewal. AustinVestors replied they do not accommodate month-to-month, but suggested that I provide a specific date as the new lease termination date. Although I find that odd that a property management company does not do month-to-month upon renewal, I provided a few specific dates to see what they might be amenable to. I am now down to my last week to decide whether to renew, and have yet to hear back if any of my proposed dates are acceptable.To be fair, both of these issues ultimately come down to the owners, not management/maintenance, and the owners of my particular property are have proven non-responsive/difficult to get a hold of. And to their credit, AustinVestors (particularly Thash) have been as helpful as they can be during conversations despite the difficulties with contacting the owners.So I give Property Meld a 1 Star, AustinVestors stays around 4 Stars, and Thash is still an easy 5/5.

Other than that, AustinVestors allowed me to move into a disgusting filthy place. So nasty, that I had to redo and spend a lot of my money on remodeling this rental unit myself. Everything is old, outdated, and the pictures were nothing like the real deal. I was not allowed to view prior to moving in. There are several termite notices on the boards which is disgusting, nothing was cleaned. And I had to put grind into cleaning the filth and grease off of fixtures, bathroom, and especially stove. Dont forget all the rat traps outside. I have a lot more to say about the quality living arrangements. But this is supposed to be about customer service. Which is good... Cheers

We have lived at our property for 3 years this month. In September, Austin vestors bought our property. Since then, we have had nothing but good interactions. I love that maintenance is done thru the portal. We have had a few requests since living here. Mostly with the Hvac unit, and Juan Escobedo has always answered very quickly to get our needs taken care of. Last weekend, our hvac unit went out and even though the ice storm was preventing the company to come do repairs, he was able to stress our needs to the company that we needed heat for our very young children at home to be safe through the storm. They came that day. Juan is always very prompt in his responses and very friendly to work with.
