I have nothing but great things to say about ATX Property Management. I recently had a water leak at my home and they IMMEDIATELY came to the rescue, diagnosed the problem and clearly communicated an action plan with me and the tenant. I 100% recommend Brandon and his team.

Due to a slow market for the sale of our house, we needed to be able to turn our home into an income property. We went through the entire process of being onboarded but ended being able to sell the house. I felt very called to still leave a review bc we were so impressed thus far with Brandons services. He came highly recommended by my dad and brother who both had income propery with Brandon at ATX Property mgmt. We were nervous about turning over our property but Brandon made it careful and professional and were really above and beyond accomodating. My family can also vouch for the quality of service- good vetting,goid long term tenants, great communication, all at a fair price. We look forward to ising Brandons services one day day and highly recommend them!

Brandon and his team are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! His assistant, Nick, goes over hell and high waters to ensure everything is going as planned! Even with the issues weve had, they were quick to respond, and even quicker to get everything taken care of. I couldnt recommend a more professional and caring management team! Brandon, the owner of ATX Property Management is far and above one of the most genuine, caring, and trust worthy people I know in the property management industry and just in general. Im a client and business partner of ATX Property management, personal friend and neighbor. He will take care of your tenants if you are an owner or he will take care of you if you are a tenant. Ive found in life the best people are those who you can disagree with on things and still maintain respect for one another, when Brandon and I first met we had a pretty legit disagreement and we were able to work it out without the normal drama were all so accustomed to in todays times, Brandon is a real one. He hosted myself and my Partner during the Snowpocolypse, when we didnt have power and made us dinner. He has had me out to provide services for his company and always takes great care of me as a contractor and I have referred many happy clients to him as well. Cant say enough good things. PS, if you need a cat he has you covered. lol (little bit of an inside joke but its also kinda not a joke)
