Im currently a tenant in Mesquite Texas and I really just wanted to give a review on Eileen Houston, OMG.. I truly wish I could give her 10 stars but it wont allow me to. Shes always exceeded expectations and is so kind and patient. I never received an attitude from her and she always respond in a timely manner. Paying your rent is something thats mandatory and some may dislike doing but she make you want to pay so she wont have to go through the process of doing extra work to collect. Shes that awesome. I never met her a day in my life & I consider her family. Thank you Eileen Houston, you are representing the company very well. I cant wait to refer people to you all.

Our leasing management changed only a few months ago, but the difference we notice when Atlas took over was significant! Eileen Houston helped us get our AC fixed. She was always very understanding, listened to everything I had to say and truly tried everything she could to get things going on her side. Once she started working with us on it, it was fixed quickly! She is super sweet and we had great conversations. We wished we could work with Eileen all the time. Thank you so much for everything, Eileen. :) Youve been a joy to speak with and I wish you all the best! Youre gonna crush it in real estate!

Our management company changed in the middle of our lease, and it was an excellent change!! Eileen Houston has really been great, jumps on anything quickly and provides a resolution to everything. She definitely makes renting an easy process.
