    Laura Kohner has been a breath of fresh air as the new Community Association Manager at The Reserve of Lake Travis. Items that should have been done months ago, were never completed until Laura came on the scene. Hope she stays for a long time!!!

If it is something she does not handle she informs me immediately who she forwarded the request to.Our relationship with Associa has improved tremendously since Sarah became our account manager. I look forward to continuing to work with her.

    Sarah Miller has been the Lead Community Association Manager for all our communities from development, to build-out of construction, all the way through transition to permanent community association managers. Sarah is AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable in her role and is EXCELLENT in implementation of budgets and ongoing community management. She maintains community values for the homeowners through consistent restrictions compliance and proactive communication with all parties. She provides monthly financial reports for each community, helps with vendor quotes and agreements, and so much MORE! Sarah is extremely professional and personable!     Many thanks to Associa for allowing the professional people to be great. The work they have done for the community I reside in is second to none. As the president of the Falls, we have received so many job well done comments for the Christmas display that Associa place in our community. As the decorations were being removed many homeowners wanted them to stay up for a few more days to enjoy the look. Thanks, Associa for a job well done.

    Our company is using Sarah Miller on 3 communities. She has done a great job. Always responsive to emails and phone calls. Month reporting is on time. When we bring issues to her attention, she is proactive in getting them resolved.

    I have been the president of Scenic Hills HOA (SHCA) for over two years. Since Sarah has arrived, my view of Associa has improved dramatically. Sarah is very responsive and timely. Additionally, Alex Rix and I have agreed to monthly video meetings to address any concerns I may have. We only had one video meeting this calendar year. Thank you to the Sarah and the entire Associa team.

    Ive emailed several times with questions and Christiana Ennis has been incredibly responsive. The customer services is exceptional! Unlike another property management company I deal with, who you are lucky if you get a reply in 48 hours, most times it take 2-3 emails to get an answer on something.     Our HOA has been with Associa for just over a year. To have a Property Management Company that supports you in all areas is a wonderful asset to any community.     I very seldom take the time to review business however the customer service I received on Monday (4/18/2022) deserves a solid 5 STARs.I spoke with Tiffney at Associa Hill Country regarding some landscaping concerns at our residence at The Poppy at Vista Vera in Georgetown. It was the 1st time ever I catually received a call back from Associa and also a 1st that the Associa representative I spoke with actually did something about my concerns. Its now Wednesday and not only were the mowing and weed concerns I had resolved in ONE day but today all the flower beds throughout the community are being weeded and re mulched. Associa Hill Country and the communities they represent would be well served if everyone got the same level of service Tiffney provided.     My experience with Associa is through Aviara Condominium Community with Penny Evans as our Manager and she is great! Penny and her assistant, Jordan, are responsive and very competent. Their experience and training shows when problems or concerns are presented to them. Penny shows patience with the Board of Directors as we learn to do our jobs in the community. Associa is an excellent and affordable management company overall. We will be with Associa for a long time!

    Im really impressed with the level of service Ive gotten since purchasing my home. Every time I have a question about our community or needed a replacement amenity card, Jordan Zapata has been quick to respond and take care of us. Ive had to deal with some horrible HOA management companies in the past, so we are lucky to have her as one of our representatives.

    This is my first time working with an HOA. Penny Evans got us off to a great start! I was concerned when she advised Gabrielle Hanson was replacing her. But, Gabi picked up where Penny left off and ran with it! Both ladies have been a great help. They have always been quick to respond to my concerns and resolve them.     Penny Evans has been a blessing! Our HOA took over from the Developer in June 2018 and I would have been lost without her guidance, insight and knowledge. We had some major issues to work through and she has been instrumental in the resolution.Jordan Zapata handles the back office items and TownSq inquires. This is time consuming work and she makes my life much easier by taking lead on these items.The combination of Penny and Jordan Zapata has worked well for us.

    I just recently moved into Highcrest Meadow where Associa Hill Country is the HOA management company. I attended my first HOA meeting and had the pleasure of meeting Gabi Hanson, our Community Manager. The meeting was run well and Gabi had the board members very prepared to run their first board meeting. She was extremely accommodating and prepared to answer all questions that came up from the attendees. After the meeting she helped me get plugged in to the neighborhood and answered my many questions! Looking forward to working more with Gabi!

    Aviara, in SW Austin has been working with Penny (Evans) for about 3 years. She has been a pleasure to work with and has been attentive to resolving our community challenges.     We have now been in Parmer Village almost ten years. There were some rough times the first few years, but Procam was managing for a few of those years. I have to say there has been a lot of improvement. When I have an issue, Alicia Wilson comes to the rescue! She truly attempts to clear up every issue in a timely manner. Im very impressed by her professional and friendly manner. Kudos also to Haily, who always routes my calls quickly and correctly. Im very happy with our Hill Country team in Austin, TX.

    I moved into RRHs in July of 2021. Rebecca was very helpful in explaining the rules and regulations, how to obtain pool cards, and recently she made it a point to let me know that my trash cans can not be visible except for the 24 hours surrounding trash day. She did this instead of writing me a violation, knowing I was new to the neighborhood. I believe she goes above and beyond to keep our neighborhood informed in regards to HOA items.
