After Liz left from being the property manager, I must admit as the President of the Falls at Fox Creek in Killeen Tx. I was getting ready to end the contract with Associa due to the service we had received from other managers. I take my hat off to Cory McDanial. When he came on board, he asks for a week to get himself caught up on the things Liz had left for him. It only took a few days for him to be on top of the things we needed taken care of. Thanks to Cory the Falls at Fox Creek is still with Associa. Cory jumped in where Liz left off and didnt miss a beat. He has always answered the homeowners questions in a timely manner. When it comes to his professionalism with this HOA, he has the respect of all homeowners. I can usure you as long as Mr. McDanial is the property manager for the Falls at Fox Creek, we will be with Associa.

Our neighborhood is managed by Associa. We have had several requests for doing property upgrades and modifications. All of the people I have spoken with have been very helpful and very supportive of helping us navigate the ins and outs of our HOA. I would especially like to recognize Gabrielle Hanson for all of her support and assistance.

Our property manager at Associa is Ashisha Moran. She is amazing and has exceeded our expectations. Her strengths include efficient, timely communication re: open projects. She is professional with owners, tenants, board members, and vendors. She is organized and circles back to make sure questions are answered and needed projects are seen to completion. Highly recommend!

A five star for Ashisha Moran for her empathy listening to owner/tenants complain. Ms. Moran expertly handled my complain about how HOA management company (Associa Hill Country) for Edge Creek condo handled my multiple requests for information on applying/picking up my parking decal.Associa Hill Countrys representatives who answered phone calls lacked knowledge and information to help, they simply generated and case number, documented my requests and someone in the office replied through TownSQ Apps then closed the cases without confirmation, without phone/text message, without email, etc. Associa Hill Country HOA management deserves a 1 star for poor service.

For the last few years Villa Serena has been assigned a number of Community managers, each of which had a short tenure and little experience with Associa. Response to questions and requests for action and support were in many instances not timely or incomplete. It was at that point that Sharon Murphy Sharon Murphy was designated as our Community Manager. Starting with Sharon, and continuing with Holly, Associa has been providing exemplary service. We financial and administrative functions are all handled completely, and in a timely manner. Requests for contractual services have been handled in a timely and professional manner. The availability and service of Associa-on Call is a great asset, and we have taken advantage of it. They do a great job!

Just wanted to pass on my gratitude for Bridget Martin, Senior Accountant. Every year I email her to assist with my HOA dues and for the past 6 years her customer service has always been great! I emailed her a week ago and she responded quickly to inform me that she would be out of town for the week but she would get back to me first thing on Monday, and sure enough I received an email response from her without having to reach out. Bridget you are wonderful! Thank you for all your help with my account over the past 6 years, its always a pleasure dealing with you.

This office team is amazing. I had an issue with my account and the team took care of it quickly. This is the first call I made on this and was responded to within a few minutes of leaving a message. New management provided direct contact information if in the future I had any issues, I could reach them directly. Wish all HOA management companies were like Associa.

Our HOA signed with Associa HillCountry effective 4-1-19. Nicole Lopez is our property manager for Cedar Park Villas. We have found that Nicole has addressed property concerns on a very timely basis, which was our main reason for changing management company. She makes herself available to the Board and took the time to address our residents in a Town Hall format regarding her company. The only problem we had was with the financial transition from our old company which could have been the delay in the prior company forwarding accounting, including dues transfers. Other than the accounting transition we have been extremely pleased with Associa. I would have given 5 stars for Nicole, but the accounting transition process made me have to dock a star for Associa as a whole.

We provided a bath remodel for a homeowner in one of the Associa communities. During the coordination of water shut off, I worked with Amber Tatum @ Associa Hill Country. Amber responded immediately to our questions & provided detailed information regarding protocol. Because of Ambers excellent customer service, we had a seamless plumbing install. Thank you, Amber for exceeding expectation customer service expectations - we appreciate your hard work!

I am extremely pleased with our property manager, Kay. She has gone above and beyond for our community. She has even been able to help correct some things with our mail service. She is very fair, but also firm with our deed restrictions. Which is hard to have a good balance. Associa has been good about listening to the Board of Directors and resolving any problems we may have.

This is a bad news/good news sort of review. The bad news is that for months, Associa has screwed up billings for our HOA. After getting yet another nastygram from Associa about paying money we didnt owe, I called and got Marie Trout. Shes the good news. Marie is underpaid -- whatever she makes. She did everything youd hope for in this situation: listened, validated, commiserated, joked - and fixed. Shes really adept at defusing and calming. Associa has problems, but Marie isnt one of them. Ask for her.

I have nothing, but great things to say about Amber Tatum who is our Admin Assistant for our community. There was a minor issue, and the manager was out of town. This was somewhat urgent and she took care of it immediately. She was very prompt and kind, which to me are valuable assets for a management-service company like Associa. So far my experience in general with Associa has only been okay at best, but Amber has helped improve my opinion of them. Thanks again Amber!!

My dealings with associa directly have been limited. but having worked somewhat extensively with their Community Association Manager, Miss Holly Skeen, for almost five years...if my experience working with her is at all a reflection of the general values that associa embodies, my 5-star rating is definitely a reflection of that.

I have found that Property Manager Valerie Cruz at our Camden Village community in Edinburg, Texas is very responsive to our needs. She’s very professional and courteous. I like that when a person is interested in our community and is responsible to our needs that shows and means a lot. She’s always available and courteous to our needs that means a lot also especially to residents who have never lived in an Association. Thank you Valerie

I have done contracted work for Associa Hill Country twice now through Brian Simmons, and he has exceeded my expectations both times. He responds to calls and emails in a very timely manner and is very accommodating toward unforeseen problems that may come up during projects. I would highly recommend working with Associa as a contractor.

Im a longtime resident of the Park at Quail Creek. Holly Skeen has been our on-site manager as long as Ive been here. Actually longer than me. Im on the board and am in contact with her regularly. She is one of the best managers of any type that I have worked with. She can answer most any question you have. If she doesnt know the answer she will find the answer. I have really enjoyed working with and knowing Holly.She is a super person and deserves all the accolades she gets.

I want to comment on the very friendly and responsive service from Ayanna Sosa. After months of waiting for the POA to replace the dead bushes in my rowhome dealing with another employee, she made it happen in one week. After I sent her a pic showing that the job was only half done, she contacted the landscape company and wrote me the next day that the problem will be fixed with details. Great job 👏!

First of all we are leaving almost 2 month in our new house, but weve received nothing from HOA. Our community has pull it closed and of course we have no key to enter. I had to contact sales associate to figure out contacts. Yesterday Ive contacted them but Ive been told that I cant pickup key right now, because they do not know if I have to pay for it or not. Today Ive been trying to reach the office, but no luck! Voicemail only, and this is business hours! Also office is 35 minutes driving away from house, and they cant send key in mail or package...PS. Update, found phone number of customer service and tried to contact. Ive got next verbal message Sorry, customer service is not available :) Awesome!P.P.S. Finally, Ive been contacted and for now waiting for the key :)

Holly Skeen has been our manager since I first moved here in 1997. I have always been impressed with her professionalism, courtesy, and ability to remain calm in the midst of crisis. I believe our neighborhood (which many of us call the Oasis in north Austin) would not be the beautiful, homey place it is without Hollys leadership and concern.

Holly Skeen, our manager of the Woods of Travis County did an amazing job of getting the huge mess created by our terrible ice storm, cleaned up.There were fallen limbs and whole trees that fell on roofs, our drive,cars, blocked entrances and blocked garages.She got in a crew right after each night of the storm. Yeah Holly!

Erica Alvarez help me resolve an important landscape problem promptly. A Oak Tree in a common area near me was showing significant distress because the sprinklers in that area were not on. She responded quickly to my email and told me what action she had taken. Within 24 hours the problem was addressed.Erica is an asset to your company.

They are a great organization and do a really nice job maintaining the community. Antonia Cardona works out of the McAllen office and to say that she is spectacular is an understatement. She is a true professional that responds quickly to any and all inquires that I have had and does so in a caring and expedient manner. She is always a pleasure to talk with on the phone, and despite the many demands of her job, always makes you feel as if your call is the most important of the day to her. Working with Antonia will brighten your day!
