Ive been renting from them for a year and a half and I have nothing but positive things to say. Quick with maintenance requests, very friendly and personable, very responsive and overall provides a very smooth rental experience for me and my dog. I definitely recommend them to all my local friends when they are looking for new rentals.

Rented two different homes from them for about 4 years through college. Never had issues, maintenance was always quick and they would often double check later and make sure everything was still ok after a fix. Full disclosure: Haven’t rented from them since 2020, but still think a 5* is warranted given how great they were during my time with them

As a real estate investor with multiple properties, I rely on an greatly appreciate the excellent service and affordable rates of Asset Management Systems. I had tried several property management companies over the years, but most fell short in one way or the other. I can say without a doubt that AMS has far surpassed the others in responsiveness, service, pricing, and professionalism. Excellent company for all your property management needs.

Asset Management handled our rental home for 3 years until we decided to sell. They take care of everything!! We never worried about the home, repairs, the tenants, or collecting rent. This is a great company to work with!!

I want to preface this by stating I am the a-hole in this situation and they helped me out. Long story short, my husband told me to get out for like the 3rd time, so I was done with his stuff and leased a house. Literally the same day my husband says he wants to work things out. They worked with me on letting new tenants take over my lease without penalty. They didnt have to do that but they did and Im extremely grateful for that because it was drama that no one needed. That says a lot about a company when theyre willing to work with their tenants

We have worked with AMS for over ten years. They have always been responsive, on time with collections, and payments. They have effectively represented our property with Denton County Tax officials. Kelley and Zack are a great team backed up bu Cresha and Michael.

Every time I have spoken with somebody on the phone they have been very polite and professional. Repairs have usually been done within 24 hours which is really appreciated.
