I am a resident at one of their properties, Copper Chase Apartments in Arlington.The office staff and maintenance have always been accommodating to any of my needs.I am happy here. I was affected by the ice storm recently and the manager, Terrie made Sure I was taken care of. She was very accommodating. She is definitely about taking care of her tenants and making sure they are comfortable and happy. This will be my home forever. I highly recommend Copper Chase Apartments.

Hello, I am a resident here since 2017...The Cottages at Bedford, in Bedford, Tx. There is a gate on the property that allows for access on one end of the building. That gate has been open since before I lived here...and there was a sign on the gate that stated WALK AT YOUR OWN RISK.Now the sighn has been taken down and locks have been placed on the gate...which cause people from that end to have to park and walk wayyyyy around...and takes up parking spaces from the people who live on the other end. Can you please place the sign back on the gate so that future problems can be eliminated. When the Winter months get here...rainy and cold this is going to cause us all problems. We need at least 2 points of entrance and exit.
