Ashton was so wonderful to work with! Buying a new home is a huge decision and can feel overwhelming and stressful, but Ashton helped make this experience so positive for us!After touring a couple of new construction homes with Ashton, we found one we immediately loved. However, on the builder’s website, it said they didn’t have any homes left in the floorplan we wanted. Ashton made some calls to the community sales manager and before we knew it, he told us there was ONE left! The floorplan we wanted, on a corner lot, in a quiet neighborhood. We couldn’t be happier!!!Ashton met with us several times to check out the progress of the home, as well as going by himself to see how things were going. We were first-time home buyers, and had heard of all sorts of horror stories about bad experiences with both home-buying and realtors. So, we were naturally dreading the idea of it all when we started looking to buy a house of our own. Ashton was recommended to us by our friends and their folks who had all had positive experiences with him about a year or so prior to us looking for our own home. We were more than happy with our first-time experience and with Ashton himself!My spouse and I are both pretty wary people when it comes to trusting others, but, not once did we ever feel that Ashton was deceptive, pushy, snobby, greedy, or otherwise only in it for the money. From the get-go, he was super polite, friendly, patient, responsive, experienced, and professional. Most importantly though, we felt that he was very honest with us throughout the entire process, and it was obvious that he knows his stuff when it comes to home-buying. If we had a question, he had an answer; and if he didnt know that answer, he got back to us in a timely manner once he had one. He was super reliable when it came to communication as well, so, we never felt like we were being ignored or that we were forgotten!We both had a few things we were particular on for a home, and Im a naturally picky and detail-oriented individual, so, we looked at a LOT of houses. Ashton was super patient with us with viewing them ALL; we never felt pressured by him to make a decision (and we cannot stress enough how important to us that this was!), and he even pointed out a few things both with the houses and with possible things that could be negotiated on the price on the ones we were more interested in too.Ashton absolutely made the entire first-time home-buying process and experience as painless as possible. He helped us understand paperwork, helped connect us with competent individuals for stuff he wasnt knowledgeable in, etc. We definitely felt like we were in good hands with Ashtons help and expertise! I was lucky enough to work with Ashton this year when I decided to buy my first home. Little did I know that the pandemic would create a frenzied Real Estate market in 2021, with historical soaring prices and bidding wars. Being a first time buyer, I admit I was feeling apprehensive and nervous. However, Ashton made my first purchase such a smooth and pleasant experience! On our first meeting, he spent almost 2 hours with me explaining in great detail all the inns and outs of buying a home. I left that meeting with so much knowledge and confidence!
