I love the improvements here. I’ve been living here since 2005 and I can’t say enough about the Staff. Erica the new Manager has been great to myself and my wife. Very welcoming here and I think the Rangers was the best idea yet!!!. Thank you Capstone. -

First,I may say new management is the best,Erica from capstone has gotten things done since she arrived to manage this complex,NEW MAILBOXES,RANGERS ON CALL,CLEANER COMPLEX,GREAT HOT WATER,ALL MAINTENANCE ISSUES BEING ATTENDED TO ASAP,AND LESS BUMS!!!! she seriously is getting things done,I am very happy in my place ,I recommend this complex,and could not be happier with no other management,thanks Erica😊 -

The apartment managers and workers are really hands one and really care about all the residents. They’ve helped me in many areas and I couldn’t thank them enough. They literally fixed all my problems and have helped me feel safe living alone :) they are great! -

Since capstone has taken over these apts things are improving, we have security that patrols property, and we have new mailboxes that had went to 2 prior management companies broken, thanks Erica for all your help I know its hard coming in behind a management company that wasnt doing their job . -

Raquel in the office got right to it when I had no hot water she is the best apt manager I e encountered since I moved into the complex and that job has had several employees since I moved here 12 yrs ago that k you Raquel. -
