I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and customers service provided by the staff at ARP Rental Homes. They were extremely pleasant to work with, and very understanding to our needs. We viewed two properties managed by ARP today. From the initial phone call and all the way through checking out keys, and returning them, the entire process was simple, hassle free, and straight forward. Just a simple ID check and 20 dollars deposit. And I was given keys to both properties. I personally prefer looking at a property without a realtor present. So this was perfect for me. When I returned the keys, my deposit was returned with no hassle. I asked several questions and all of them were answered. Both homes we looked at were clean, and maintained. If you are experienced in dealing with property managers you know that some of them can be less than welcoming, almost as if you are an inconvenience to them. I am happy to say this company is not one of those. So if you are considering a property managed by them, rest assured you will be taken care of diligently and respectfully.

I’m in the army so most of the time I’m in a training for long periods of time. Renting a home through ARP help to get a peace of mind because I knew if anything happen in the home I will not have problem requesting help. And whenever my renters need repairs, have questions about rent, or any other issues...Dolores is great about getting back to me and following up to make sure I and my tenants have been taken care of. And I got my house rented out right away too! So I have not lost any time or money. your ARP is a great property manager, and Dolores is a jewel!!!

For over 18 months ARP has managed our home for us while we have been living over here in Arizona. And we have not had to worry about a thing. One unique aspect of ARP is the way they Market their properties for rent. The way they advertise and use the internet is truly unique. In one and a half years theyve managed our house, weve had two tenants. It was rented quickly to the 1st tenant and the second renter was already under contract before the first ones lease was even up! They sure know what theyre doing when it comes to marketing your home and getting it rented out quickly! Couldnt be happier!

This has truly been the best experience with any maintenance technicians from ARP Ive had thus far. His dedication to satisfy not only myself, but also my tenants in timely customer service issues are beyond reproach. I would like to thank Mr. Murillo for constantly keeping myself and the tenants informed over the course of the past few days. He went out of his way to ensure the tenant had a functional refrigerator, reducing the delivery time by 3 days. Im sure theyre satisfied because I know I am. His willingness to go the extra mile to service customers and ensure that a family was able to have a functional refrigerator, shows the type of person he is: caring, dedicated to his mission, and a problem solver. Please reward him in some fashion because he has serviced his customers in a way that I have never seen in my life.
