    As a vendor for Armstrong Property Management I have a unique perspective to see how this company cares not only for the properties they manage but also their tenants. We are particular of which companies we do business with and scrutinize them as much as possible. Armstrong has many values that we have not seen in other management companies. It’s safe to say not everyone will be happy but when a company does their utmost to bend themselves backwards to help find solutions to both sides of a rental transaction you can rest assured you have found a great company to do business with.

    Staff is very prompt and helpful. We had some minor renter issues that were resolved by the Armstrong mgt team quickly at no expense to us. The cost is very reasonable and saves us time and money to manage ourselves.

    I rented out from Armstrong for a whole year and I have to say I loved this company so much. They are very professional. The staff is so kind. They were overall amazing people to rent from. I never ever had an issue with them and when I did express my concerns for things they would take care of it. They are strict on things but it’s reasonable on why. They were amazing. Barbara thank you for being amazing and for always explaining me things I found r understand. You would take your time to explain well to me. Thank you. If you could rent from them I highly suggest doing so!

    We have rented from Armstrong for over 5 years now. They have always been quick to respond with any maintenance issues weve reported. We just moved into another property they also manage. We had to wait a little longer to sign the lease than we had expected (due to the holidays), but overall we are satisfied with the application and signing process. Our communication has been mainly with Barbara and a little with the owner, we have had good experiences/interactions with both.

    Armstrong Management is an excellent professional agency, 5 stars out of experience! Ive been renting with them quiet a while and its been nothing but postive vibes! Any repairs or problems ive had, theyre quick to respond and resolve! My first time renting with this agency Barbara was there to help and guide me with everything, and i choose to stick with them again years later just because i knew i can trust and rely on this agency and again Barbara was there to assist me, Barbara is real professional respectful friendly and honest, such a great person thanks again Barbara!     My experience with Jim Armstrong and Armstrong Property Management has been exceptional. Barbara and Mary Ellen are very pleasant and they take care of things in a professional and timely manner.     ***updated review***We have been with armstrong for almost 6 years now and still have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. We are in a new house and have had some troubles with maintenance and Julie has been SO UNBELIEVABLY helpful in getting matters resolved. So incredibly grateful for everyone there.I have currently been renting with Armstrong for 5 years now. And I can honestly say in that time Ive never had a concern/request/complaint go on unheard ears. Mary Ellen is always quick to reply and respond with answers.Robert is our maintenance man. And honestly he is always so professional and polite. Makes it very comfortable and way to work with. And doesnt make me feel uncomfortable essentially as a stranger in my home.I know people are quick to complain about property management. But I think we all need to take the time to recognize efforts and good work. Thank you Armstrong. My family and I greatly appreciate all your work.

    I have been with Armstrong for three years now. I have been so happy with how they treat me and my needs. Armstrong is prompt of getting things fixed and repaired. Water heater went out on a Thursday and was fixed by Saturday. Im very happy with how the ladies help got on top of it and with great results. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!!

    Just couldn’t be more pleased with the personnel and general commitment to providing superior service by Armstrong Property Management. From the time you first contact Mary Ellen, and right through the various parties you deal with, you’ll find each person pleasant, knowledgeable, and skilled. I actually lease two properties via Armstrong - my business and my residence, and the service re: both has been outstanding. As a small business owner I believe excellence in any business is a reflection of the owner. Obviously, Armstrong Property Management has a very focused, caring owner and the employees are a reflection off that.

    Some of these negative reviews dont make any sense. Ive been a tenant for about 2 year now and have nothing but good things to say. They got us into a house quick and it was beautiful and clean. Theyve been nothing but cooperative when I had questions about the house even when it comes to repairs or yard clean up. Very respectful staff. I would recommend Armstrong Property Management to anybody living in the Visalia area!

    Armstrong is by far the BEST management company in Visalia. Unfortunately, I had to find out that other places in town will rip you off any way they can get your money with extra fees and bogus charges. After my bad experience, I have been a renter with Armstrong for the past 3+ years and they are very attentive to my needs. They were VERY fair when refunding my security deposit when I moved also. Mary Ellen and Barbara are very helpful and it is much appreciated!

    They have managed our rental for over a year with no problems. The staff are friendly and helpful. All maintenance issues are fixed in a timely manner. We have not had any complaints from our tenants. We highly recommend using Armstrong Property Management!

    Ive had the pleasure of interacting with APM as both a client of theirs in the past, as well as a vendor of theirs now. Ive dealt with many of Jims employees and I have always been treated with the utmost respect and fairness. They have been doing what they do for many, many years and you dont have that history without being good at what you do. They were a pleasure to work with when I was a client of theirs, at several locations, and they are the same now as a client of mine.
