We have lived in an Arch property managed home for almost 2 years now and it has been great. Any problems we have encountered they are super responsive and professional to work with. Its a breath of fresh air after apartment living. Arch properties truly cares about the integrity of the homes they manage and we are grateful for that.

I was a tenant in one of Stephan’s properties for roughly 5 years and have only incredible things to say about how he treated my roommates and I. Excellent with communication, always there when we needed something and his family even had us to his home for dinner when we first moved in. Because Stephan is involved with arch properties, I give it 5 stars! Highly recommend!

I recently worked with ARCH properties when one of my clients (Im a real estate broker) applied for an ARCH property and it was a fantastic experience. ARCH is extremely prompt, straightforward, fair to tenants, and easy to work with. The home my clients applied for has been managed by ARCH for many years and was in very good condition, particularly for a rental property. They also paid my commission within just a few days. I plan on recommending ARCH to any of my clients who are looking for property management in the future, as that is not currently a service I offer.

There will never be enough good things that we can say about Arch Properties Management. We are home owners that chose to move to Austin, and keep our house as a rental. We were fortunate enough to rent from Arch Properties. From the first interaction, we have only had the best experiences with the owners, and staff. The property we moved into in Northwest Austin was wonderfully maintained, and while houses up here are aging, as things needed care, Arch had someone out immediately. Unfortunately our family grew too fast and we needed more space so we decided to move back to our house. It didnt take long however for us to decide Austin is truly our home, so our first call was to Stephen and Armen to see if they had any open properties. We explained what was most important and they went above and beyond to get us exactly where we want to be.Raising our son in the best environment is beyond the most important thing for us, and because of Arch Properties, their compassion, patience and ability to work with us, we are getting just that.If/When we are ready to sell our house (currently a rental itself) Stephen and Armen will be our first call.
