I have lived in a property that Arbor Properties manages for 2 years in San Marcos. Unlike several of the other properties I have lived at here while going to school, these guys know what they are doing. The staff is always answering our needs, especially maintenance! This is not one of the newer properties in San Marcos, and any time we have an issue with anything, they always fix it within, at most, one day. Plus, the manager has been here for years and you can tell she ACTUALLY CARES about her property and enjoys her job! I lived in another apartment complex right next to this place before I moved here and they seemed to change the staff CONSTANTLY! Ill be graduating soon and I know I will miss this place. Thank you Arbor Properties for caring about the tenants when most apartments in San Marcos dont! A+!!! -
