    I enjoyed living there but when we put in a maintenance request it will not be done. Except for the swimming pool they kept the outside looking presentable.

    I only left because I got a new job out of town; otherwise, I would have stayed forever. Nice, spacious apartments with great amenities (three pools to relax in on hot days and a fitness center with everything you need to get in or stay in shape). Close to everything you need, but still a quiet place to live if you work or study at home a lot. A 20-minute walk to MSU, which makes for a very leisurely commute to campus on cooler days in the fall and spring. Kathie at the office is the best! She’s always available, friendly, and helpful. Cannot say enough good things about this place! I’ll truly miss calling it home!

    Really a great complex. The maintenance is always quick and courteous. The location is ideal for our needs. We have lived here for multiple years and dont plan on moving soon!

    I have only lived here for a few weeks, but it has been really great so far! Management is very responsive to emails and she is extremely helpful, warm, and welcoming. Additionally, I have had to ask maintenance for help on a couple things that I didnt know how to do, and he helped right away - even within a couple of hours! Its been a fantastic experience so far. Im very glad I chose to live here over other areas/complexes in town!

    Great community, great admin. Super nice area to live and the move in process is so easy. Kathie makes the whole experience like a walk in the park. If you’re looking for an apartment I recommend these.

    Recently moved into Arbor Creek Apartments and my A/C went out.Maintenance showed up within a couple hours of me putting in a work order. Cody said he would have a new AC installed first thing Tuesday.Manager called first thing Tuesday morning to let me know they were on the way.A few hours later they were done and AC is cold.Thank You to the whole team at Arbor Creek. I have never had better service and treatment at an apartment before. Good Job 👍🏼

    I have had a great experience thus far moving into Arbor Creek Apartments. Mrs. Kathie is so amazing and very helpful with all things I have asked about and for. Additionally recently had to place in a maintenance request and it was completely promptly the following day after I made the request.

    I lived there for four years as military and they made my apartment experience feel like home. I went everywhere and was denied because of my dog. They all refused to even meet her. Kathie and Arbor Creek did and they saw how friendly she was. I never thought I would miss living at an apartment complex but I miss Arbor Creek apartments. any issue with my apartment was fixed quickly. Thanks for making me and my pooch feel at home!

    I’ve been living here for almost a year & Kathie has been awesome throughout. She was very responsive to emails when I had 101 questions about the area, complex, safety, & pricing. She has remained very responsive throughout my stay here. She goes above and beyond for her tenets and is always polite and eager to help. I’m glad I was able to get into this complex because it is both affordable and spacious. I love it here.

    Just moved into Arbor Creek and we couldn’t be happier. We are coming from a bigger city with very fancy apartments, and while arbor creek isn’t anything fancy, they are clean and safe. We love having two patios with one overlooking the golf course. Move in process was so smooth and Kathie is a dream! She made us feel like family at first meeting. We are loving it here and are so happy we found this place! Highly recommend!

    My boyfriend and I lived here for almost 3 years together. Office staff was always lovely and personable. They often had fun holiday contests to participate in. We enjoyed our apartment very much. The kitchen was the perfect size and had large drawers and cabinets. Any time we needed maintenance (only a few times over the years) they were always very quick and responsive. The bedrooms are very spacious. They are very proactive when it comes to pests. They have the apartments sprayed routinely. We never had any issues with bugs at all. They were very flexible with us when renewing our lease and let us rent month to month for a bit while we were transitioning into a new area at the end of our stay there. My only complaint is that I found our insulation was not the best during the winter and made our electric bill high. All in all, it is a very nice place to live.

    Lived at Arbor Creek for 3 years. I Absolutely LOVE living here, nice and quiet part of town but super close to everything. LOVE the Manager and Office staff, they are so sweet and always very nice. If i ever have issues with my apartment [which is pretty much never] the Maintenance guys always fix it very quickly! Theyve always been super cool . IWouldnt want to live in any other Complex in Wichita Falls honestly. 💕

    Amazing place to live! Maintenance has been incredible, super responsive and great pest control when needed! They have always been willing to help with anything we’ve needed so far, have no complaints! Definitely recommend this place, very affordable and clean :)

    We recently moved into Arbor Creek the end of September 2021. Kathie is an absolute delight! She is quick to answer any questions we had and made the whole process enjoyable! So far we love it here. Its quiet and well maintained. We had a small issue with one of the toilets and maintenance came right away and fixed it in 5 mins! Our apartment is very spacious. It was very clean when we moved in. They are a little pricey to be honest but from what we can tell so far, they are worth it. The ac units work well. No issues with them. I know several other reviews had said they had ac issues and that they didnt cool the apartment, but ours are perfect. The only drawback is if youre on the bottom floor and have someone living above you... It can get noisey! Definitely not soundproof in that area lol. Overall we are very pleased and highly recommend you give these apartments a try if your in the market for a new place!

    Awesome place to live, very spacious apartments. Also a quiet neighborhood not complaints at all. Awesome maintenance guys fix everything quickly. Pools and gym are very convenient when opened. The only suggestion I have is maybe fix up the equipment at the gym and have more variety but other than that awesome and great place to stay.

    Awesome service! My AC broke down during a heat wave and the staff supplied and installed a temporary Unit that helped keep my room cool until the arrival of parts for the main AC unit. The service was fast and efficient. 10/10

    I only lived in Arbor for about six months, but I would say I was overall pleased with the experience. Overall its a nice complex, several swimming pools (though only two were open while I lived here due to the drought), and good management and staff.Here are the pros and cons in my opinion.Pro: They are military friendly and had leases that fit our flexible needs. I have read other complaints about management, but overall had no bad experiences with them. My only issue with the front office was that they were very late (several days) in notifying me that I had a FedEx package delivered, which they had signed for.Con: My biggest complaint has to do with the construction of the units. Number one is that they are poorly insulated - get close to any window in the summer and you can fell how poor the insulation is. With 100+ degree summers, its very difficult to keep the apartment cool, and even though I didnt have the temperature super cold (usually 75), it felt like the AC was constantly running. The general construction of the units is also a little sub-par in my opinion, in the sense that it feels like the builders didnt own a leveling tool. If you hang a picture or appliance next to a corner or wall, you can either have it level with the ground or level with whatever wall/corner its next to, but not both. Also, the carports have a center-mast rather than masts on both ends, which means that you wont be able to open a door one side of the car (the mast in my parking spot is on the drivers side, which means I have to pull all the way forward in order to get out, and the left passenger door is blocked).Overall good place to live, I would recommend it.

    We rarely heave problems with our apartment, but when we do, the maintenance crew is quick, efficient, and polite.In the office, Kathie is always friendly and helpful.This is a really good place to live.

    Arbor Creek! What a great place to live! The office staff is always courteous and go above and beyond to meet your needs. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient. There has never been an issue that I had that they were unable to fix in a reasonable amount of time, if not immediately. The property is well-kept and well lit. I thoroughly enjoy the fact that I get my own covered parking spot for free, I do not have to pay any extra! I will continue to recommend Arbor Creek to everyone I know that is looking for an apartment!

    These apartments have been great to live in so far, we really love the location especially! Maintenance and pest control are always here in a timely manner, and Kathy is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns!

    We only lived there for five months while house hunting. We seriously thought about just giving up house hunting and staying in our apartment for our four years in Wichita Falls. We decided to move out because we don’t let like speed bumps and wanted our own yard. Those were really our only reasons. We drove from LasVegas to Arbor Creek straight through. When I realized we might arrive after closing, I called the complex and asked them if they could recommend a pet friendly hotel nearby and they said they would be happy to stay until we arrived. Not just one person but all three members of the office staff were there to welcome us ten minutes before closing time. The head of maintenance met us at our apartment and verified that everything was in order. When the AC didn’t work properly, he fixed it on the spot and then helped carry our belongings up while he made sure it was cooling. Before he left, he gave my husband his personal number to call if we had any problems. We had some really wild neighbors downstairs and ended up calling in a noise complaint after hours on our first night. They quieted down after the cops showed up. The next morning, management was at my door apologizing and asking how they could remedy the situation. It wasnt their fault but they were sure willing to offer any possible solution. It was never much of a problem after that first night . We enjoyed our time there more than any other apartment we’ve been in. Overall a welcoming and friendly staff. I always recommend Arbor Creek to incoming families.

    I moved in less than 2 months ago and it has been great so far. I had trouble finding an apartment that would accept my dog, but kathie made it very clear that he would be welcome here. He’s been able to meet a few other dogs and I’ve been able to meet other people. Any questions or issues that we’ve come in contact with have been answered and resolved in a timely manner.

    Management, management, management. Upon move-in, the apartment was clean and nice, the location is great but the excellent management of ms Tant made all the difference. She was always responsive to my many inquires over the couple of years I lived there. Maintenance always came quickly and were professional. Best apartment experience Ive had in 10 years of renting.

    I have been living at Arbor Creek for 2 years. The best part about living here is the view of the golf course every morning. Very friendly neighbors. The office staff is always pleasant. I recommend Arbor Creek to anyone looking for a quiet place to live amongst professionals, in the middle of town, and it is very affordable.

    I moved to Texas recently from Arizona and this was one of the various places i looked into. I am very critical of reviews and while i know people who are dissatisfied review more often than those who actually like living where they are, i found that Arbor Creek seemed to be a decent place. Some comments i saw were that there is bad lighting outside and that there are bugs. Speaking from someone who has been here for over 6 months now i see no lighting issues or bugs, nor have i heard of those issues from other residences. The staff have been helpful and kind, the people in the area seem nice, there are several people employed by the local police in the complex, and the home itself is nice. Yes, it is older, and id change a few things if i had the ability - such as moving staircase location, but there is nothing at all that is critical to complain about. I have lived in many apartments in my life and this one is one of my favorites and priced very well. I would recommend.

    I lived there for a year and a half for my first job. The staff was awesome. They were so helpful when it came to package deliveries, apartment repairs, paper work, you name it. Neighbors werent loud and they did a good job of enforcing apartment policies regarding animals and cigarette butts. Great rates combined with a great experience in a 1br! Keep up the good work!

    The staff were the primary reason I chose to live there; throughout my time at this apartment they were always friendly and quickly resolved any requests I made. There were even social events they held where you could meet some of your neighbors which I hadnt seen anywhere else Ive lived.Excellent community made up of great people.

    So far, an excellent experience. I was looking online for an apartment rental and saw that one was available that met all of my needs. I was able to get my application submitted that same day (Sunday) and by the following day I was approved! It cant get much easier than that!

    This is a great complex. My daughter lived here while attending Midwestern State University. All the staff, from management to maintenance, has been over the top helpful. This is a very well taken care of complex and always doing things to improve. Arbor Creek is in a great location to everything you will need in Wichita Falls.

    I lived in this Apartment Complex for a year. Very affordable and awesome staff, Kathy and Charles are great. Walking distance from Midwestern State University which was convenient for me when I was enrolled in classes. Apartment Complex has washer and dryer facilities on the Property plus a Gym with a Business Center with Computers open to the residents.

    We are a military family that had to move overnight while I was pregnant with our second child. The staff was very understanding and worked with us. Our 2 bed 2 bath apt was a decent size and the pool was right out side of our back door! No complaints here.

    The managers are cool and helpful. There animal lovers so they usually have treats in the office if you walk by with your furry friend. The apartments are nice and redone. Its a bit on the pricy side if you live alone but if you make enough its where youd want to be.

    Its a nice complex 2 live in... Been here goin on 3yrs. Weve had AC issues & maintenance dealt w it!! 🤗🤗Im not really liking the people around me w pets that we live rite next 2 pet park & they still let their pets #2 business on front lawn where my grand kids run & play.... Ends up stepping in dog 💩!!! 😞😕

    The dryer exhaust vents need to have wire guards installed over them to keep birds from getting into the vent holes when the dryer is operating and blowing the exhaust flap open.
