I have now been in my home for 3 yrs. Anchor Property Management is absolutely amazing. They are more than Landlords, they have an absolute heart and understanding for their renters. Anytime there is a need like my A/C for example, wasnt blowing cold enough, I put in the request and next day had a crew here that went above and beyond to get this system going strong . . And any problem that has come up, I just put in the request and within 2 days someone is here to fix the problem. When I hit a hard time and fell behind in rent they were more than willing to work with me. Also went the extra mile and found me an agency that helped me 💜They are very kind and caring . If yall are looking for a place to rent from, I definitely recommend this company.

I usually dont do this however, I have to give credit where its due. I want to give Ms. Genevieve Corona a Big Shout Out and Thank You for working with and blessing my disabled son and I with being able to save and remain in our home by working with us and giving me a chance. Not many landlords that Ive dealt with in the past were even close to being as understanding to our situations as she was. There are no words that could ever express just how greatly appreciated you are and I want you to know that youre our angel in disguise. Thank You from the bottom of our hearts.

I normally do not give reviews but I do have to say Genevieve was very helpful and understanding of my needs for the maintenance requests I had. I have been a tenant for 6 years and she listened to my concerns and I believe she is great for this company.

I called this morning and spoke to one of their representatives that goes by the name of Angelina I was a bit nervous because I could not make my payment through their portal online Angelina was so professional and nice enough to assist me with that and my payment went through I called back to give her a great compliment, wanting to speak to her supervisor Kevin to give her praise I just want to say thank you so much Angelina for all your help it may not mean much to you but it meant a lot to me God bless you.
