Analisa Allison has been such a great realtor for me and my family. She was always tentative to our needs. Anytime we had an issue she would send someone to fix it immediately. I really appreciate everything that she has done for us as well as Brosnynne who worked close beside her in the office. This whole company definitely knows what they are doing and hands down giving it their best. I will most definitely be recommending yall to anyone who is in need of housing. Thank yall so much for giving us a wonderful experience and the opportunity to rent through yall.

Analisa is the BEST! I was a first-time buyer and pretty much clueless about how the entire process worked. She was so kind and patient with me and always stayed on top of bookings! The house I bought was only on the market for one day and she was able to swoop in and get the house of my dreams! She also has been helpful since closing, I was having electricity troubles when I first moved in and she didn’t hesitate to help me out. THANK YOU

Analisa has been my realtor for years. She has been SO HELPFUL. Not only has she helped me find rent houses in my younger years, she helped my husband and I buy our first home. She took the time to teach us the entire process and understand the ins and outs of house buying. She is kind, helpful, personable, and cares more about her clients than anything else. She doesn’t make you rush into anything and will take her time showing you as many houses as you need or want to see before making a decision. I cannot sing of her praises enough. As long as I’m living in Wichita Falls, I will not use anyone else. She is the best of the best. You will not regret using her as your realtor.

Great person to work with. Maintenance issues were fixed when they came up and when my lease was over, there was no problem getting the deposit back. I even messed up the address to send the check to and it was promptly re-sent. Rarely have I not had to fight over getting a deposit back in full. Word to the wise: dont call. She will respond to text messages.

Analisa has been our rental manager for almost 5yrs now, and she is amazing. She takes such good care of our property and our renters.Its huge a relief to not have to worry about our house while were far away, and I dont think 5 stars are nearly enough for her!
