Shay and Jen at Ampersand have assisted me with nearly all aspects of property management, from pre-listing consultation, listing and photography, finding and screening tenants, drafting lease agreements, extensions, and amendments, and securing reliable vendors when something is needed with our property. I value their open communication and their ability to handle the small stuff and to know when to loop me in on the big stuff. They are professional, offer honest and sound advice, and provide excellent and valuable service. Ive truly enjoyed working with them and appreciate all theyve done to assist with my property.

Ampersand Property Management has been an integral part of our familys journey in real estate investment. We have been working with Jen and Shay as our property managers for years and could not be more pleased with their work. One of the most impressive feats from my perspective is how quickly they can find qualified renters in different areas across town. We almost never go a complete month without renters. It is such a relief to be able to rely on a great team during a time that can be extremely stressful if not handled well. We are so grateful to have Ampersand as part of our real estate team!
